This newly renovated and furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat is located in the 9th district bordering the 8th by between Madeleine and Galeries Lafayette.
Sleek and new, this contemporary flat is stylish and up-to-date while keeping a Parisian touch with its high ceilings, original wooden floors and long French windows. In terms of stylish decor, the apartment has been furnished with mid-century modern design. The living room is simple yet chic with its comfortable sofa, lounge chair and coffee table. The TV has basic cable which includes English News channels such as BBC and CNN.
There is a small private terrace which can be easily accessed from the living room or from the kitchen. Four people can enjoy a small breakfast in the morning or a romantic dinner on the beautiful outdoor table. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Guests are able to make a simple breakfast to a nice French dinner.
This lovely abode can accommodate up to four guests. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds - this makes it ideal for a family of four for long term rentals (minimum 28 nights). There is a bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower and a double sink. The toilet is separate and conveniently located in the hallway.
