Claudine was such an exceptional host! Upon check-in, she met us and explained everything about the property and the surrounding areas. The room was very charming and had everything we needed. The location was also great. I would highly recommend booking your stay here!

The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Claudine was very helpful upon my arrival and was available to answer any questions I had. Only mere steps away from the metro. It worked out perfectly for me.

Our host Claudine was very attentive and friendly. The apartment is very well situated for easy walking to some of the main attractions and the Metro and Gare Montparnasse (train station). There are supermarkets and bars nearby. We liked the Villa Marquise bar which is a short distance from the apartment.

Claudine was a wonderful host, she was very kind and fun to talk to. She is very resonsive if you have questions and her flat is in an excellent location. Having a washing machine was very helpful too. We are hopeful to work with her again. We highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Very centrally located and we could walk most places Safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Good communication with the host.

Claudine is a marvelous hostess. The apartment was exactly as described and incredibly close to the metro and all other necessary amenities. I would highly recommend this apartment. The building is very quiet. I had a wonderful time!

Excellent location and fine value for Paris. Bathroom was fine. Apartment is smaller than it looks in the photos, and kitchen especially tiny. Bedding was torn. We appreciated the welcome and were given useful information.

I thoroughly inspected the sheets after your departure and after your review, and I didn't find anything torn. If something was wrong, you should have let me or Alain, who welcomed you and whose contact information you had, know. That's what we're here for. The kitchen is a kitchenette, as stated on the website. Regarding the photos that you don't think reflect reality, you can read the reviews below, which say exactly the opposite.

The location is perfect - very central to everything! Claudine is so welcoming and sweet and helpful :) the apartment is so cozy. My daughter joined me for the second half of my stay and we had a wonderful time doing so many different things! Thank you Claudine! i cant wait to come back!

Madam Claudine was a wonderful and kind host. She was always available if we had any questions or needed anything. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I. We were able to do our laundry, prepare meals and access the metro very easily. The area is perfect for folks who want to experience Paris from a local’s perspective. It wasn’t overcrowded with tourists and has many good neighborhood cafes and restaurants nearby. We felt at home in Madam Claudine’s cozy Parisian apartment and would definitely goose to stay there again.

It was the most wonderful stay - the apartment was absolutely beautiful and in the best location near cafes, supermarkets and metro. Couldn’t recommend this more highly - the owner Claudine was so kind and so helpful sharing tips on sightseeing and anything needed. I’ll be back - thank you for the memorable stay.

The apartment was very nice. The owner was delightful to work with, very responsive to any questions that I had, greeted us when we arrived and gave us a layout of the neighborhood and different things like you know where the local food market was, the Metro Station, etc. I highly recommend this place and I would stay there again.

Perfect location for first time in Paris!! Close to metros , train and transit! Very walkable to other areas as well as the Notre Dame and Luxemborg Gardens! Flat is well equipped , in the heart of Monteparnasse with restaurants everywhere! Claudine is a fabulous host and very helpful! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable mattress. Lovely to have a bathtub after lots of travel with only a shower. Great place during the mild weather, wouldn’t come in the summer because my husband is a spoiled American who needs AC, haha. Impressed that the windows shut out the noise of the busy street. My husband is a very light sleeper and did not have a problem with noise. We appreciated that the area did not feel touristy. Tons of restaurants all around.There was an issue with the water heater the first night and the host responded immediately. Turned out to be an external problem caused by gov repairs and the host made sure someone came by ASAP to reset it and we had no issues afterwards.
