Our host, the property, and location were ideal for a wonderful weekend. The cottage is quaint but wonderfully furnished and has several amenities including a hot tub! Great weekend "stay cottage/palace".

Cozy Cabin

We loved our time at this location. It was close to the places we needed to get to but was out of the way from a lot of the loud traffic. We also loved the hot tub.

All of the furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and a great neighborhood for walking.

UARK Graduation weekend

Perfect location for a short weekend trip to celebrate graduation. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Located close to campus and amenities on MLK. Will definitely look for this property again when back in Fayetteville!

Great location and outdoor space

We enjoyed our stay at the Scarlet Cottage. Location is super convenient, there was plenty of room for everyone and the host was easy to communicate with. It’s great to have a backyard, patio and grill to hang out on. Although we didn’t use the hot tub, it’s a fun feature to have!
