Nestled in Chalet Village in Brian Head, Utah, this modern and cozy studio offers the perfect retreat for your mountain getaway. Located just across the street from Giant Steps ski lodge, this studio is in an ideal location for winter sports enthusiasts. With a sleeping capacity of 4, it features a comfortable queen sized bed and the pull-out couch, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.


As you step into the studio, you'll be greeted by an inviting and contemporary ambiance, that you can bring your fur baby with you. The open floor plan allows for a seamless flow between the living and sleeping areas. The kitchenette is well equipped with all the essentials, including a mini fridge, 2-burner stove, and a coffee pot. Ample counter space provides convenience for meal preparation, and the closet space ensures that you have enough room to store your belongings. The bathroom features a shower-tub combo, allowing for a relaxing soak after a day of adventure.


This location allows guest to experience both winter and summer activities. In the winter; guests can ski, snowboard, snowmobile, snowshoe, go tubing, or ice skating. While the summer activities include hiking, mountain biking, fishing, ATV rides, and scenic drives. Guests can also explore the nearby national parks such as Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Perfect location for skiing. Perfect amount of space for the two of us and our dog. Very clean and well kept. A little noise from up stairs but earplugs were provided.

Family getaway

Great location, cute, clean and manager was super responsive. It’s an easy walk to Giant Steps lifts. Only drawback is hearing the upstairs neighbors since it’s on the first floor.

It's clean, updated, and close. Listing says "1 bedroom" but it's a studio, so be aware of that if you want a separate bedroom. Futon was comfy though. As noted by others, you will hear your neighbors, as in any other frame wooden building. Location can hardly get better, one could theoretically walk to the lifts (but would be a slog in ski boots). Neighbors I encountered were super friendly. I would happily stay here again.

Spring Break in Brian Head

Great property with great management (thank you Dawn)! Quaint no fuss condo stocked with all the essentials. Perfect for two and a fur friend . It is right across the main road from Giant Steps with easy parking. On-site management gets a double thumbs up! A friendly gentleman used a snowblower to clear all walkways and even shoveled the steps making a safe passage after it snowed.

But a little smaller than expected, and yes the walls are thin, and you can hear everything above you. But the location was perfect, it was clean and had everything you needed

Property is just as expected. Small but clean and well stocked with the essentials. Only downfall is that walls/floors are super thin and we can hear tenant above walking.
