This luxury style 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom apartment is located in the heart of Buckhead. Our property is great for couples, families, and business travelers alike. This spacious 1,500 square foot property is minutes from Atlantaâs most popular attractions including Lenox mall, World of Coca Cola, Atlantic Station, Mercedes Benz Stadium, the Georgia Aquarium, and much more! Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.
You will have easy accessibility to I-20, I-75, I-85, & GA Hwy 400. Our place has a resort-style pool, 24-hour gym, and outdoor grilling area. Your stay entails an easy and convenient self-check-in process and free on-site parking. Unit equipped with washer and dryer and laundry detergent! Help yourself to fresh coffee and creamer. Keurig options are always available. Full kitchen with access to cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, pans, spices, etc. Also everything in the fridge is free!
King size bed, Queen size bed, Two Single Beds & Sleeper SofaâŠfully equipped kitchen, two full bathroom with luxurious shower, 50 inch TV in the living room & two 43 inch Smart TVs. wireless internet and dining area. Check-IN starts at 4pm. Early check-in is granted based on availability. CHECK OUT time is 11:00. 15 minutes to 2hr past 11:00am a $75 charge will apply. After 2hrs you will be charged an additional day of non-discounted booking price. This DOES NOT mean you can hold possession. After 2hrs you are trespassing.
GATE KEY fob provided if lost or broken is a $500 fee. If keys are not returned to the Key Nest location 15 min after check out you will be charged $75.00 per hr until we gain access to the keys.
Guest access: The maximum number of permanent guests is limited to persons confirmed at time of booking and that amount only
SMOKING: This property is 100% smoke free. Smoking Hookah & vaping is NOT allowed. If any ashes, wraps, paraphernalia found in the property. There will be an additional non-refundable fee of $250-550. Depending on the severity of the unit condition.
No PARTIES No loud Gatherings Quiet time starts from 10:00 pm - 8am. Please remember you are a visitor in the community, if there any noise disturbances reported by neighbors or the security officer There will be a fine accessed to this booking/ termination of booking with no refund.
PET POLICY: Pets are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule is a one-time cleaning fee of $250 plus $25 per each night stayed or termination of the booking with No Refund of money paid for the reservation. This will be at the discretion of the HOST
4 BLACK MAKEUP removal towels have been provided for your convenience. If white towels or linens are stained with makeup, soiled, or used to clean up messes etc a $50 fee will be assessed. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
PARKING: Parking is $15/day!!! You are able to go in and out as many times as you need to. Please be sure to register your car with the Park By Mobile App. Booting is strictly enforced. We have no connections with the booting company and neither does the leasing office. Please be sure to pay for enough time for the duration of your stay. We are not responsible for boots on guest cars.
