The property was clean, well maintained and bed was super comfortable. My guest said that the couch hide a bed was comfortable also. I did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and casserole dishes. The location is perfect to take less traveled back roads to get to different areas of Branson saving lots of drive time.

The condo was extra clean and communication was also very good. Only complaints are paint peeling off the ceiling and the light over the sink flickered. The toilet paper was really cheap. Maybe try to keep some simple things in the kitchen like pepper salt that sort of inexpensive stuff. It was a good stay though.

Short family birthday trip

We came down to celebrate my sons birthday. This was the perfect place with many activities surrounding the property to enjoy plus close short drive to downtown strip to enjoy dig town(amusement park) which we came to town for!

Our property manager was truly outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure that every question was answered and every need was met, which was something that we both deeply appreciated. Our condo was immaculately clean and exquisitely decorated, creating a warm and welcoming space that felt like a home away from home. The location was absolutely ideal for exploring Branson, nestled in a serene and picturesque area that was a true haven. Our condo, situated in a gated community, had a breathtaking view of the golf course, making for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience on the balcony. With plenty of fantastic amenities at your fingertips, you simply can't go wrong with a stay in one of these incredible condos, which is why we always book through Vrbo and can’t wait to return to Branson.

Points forts : Propreté, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.
Points faibles : Arrivée, communication
When we checked in on Sat evening, we were supposed to receive a keycard, which is required to access the property & all of its amenities. We contacted the host Sun morning to let them know we did not receive one & they responded that someone would bring us a key card on Monday. Throughout Monday, I reached out numerous times. My messages were read, but I received no response. It wasn’t until I sent a message demanding a phone call that the host finally contacted me. We were again promised a key card the following day. We didn’t receive one until Thursday afternoon-one day before checking out of the facility. We were denied access to the pool areas due to not having a key card. Access to those amenities was one of the main reasons we chose this property, so this significantly impacted our vacation. After discussing these issues, the host agreed to provide a partial refund. It has now been over a month since our stay, and we have not received that refund. I have attempted to contact the host several times without any response, and there is no record of a refund through our VRBO account. VRBO has also attempted to contact the host four separate times by phone and email, again with no response. The lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. While problems can happen, honoring commitments & communicating honestly with guest are essential. I hope this review reminds hosts that customer service and integrity are just as important as the property itself.

Very clean

The pictures online are reflective of the current status of the unit. We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and had everything we need. Though I've missed that the unit is on the ground floor with a couple flights of stairs. Not wheelchair accessible and no elevators. But the location isn't too far from the attractions.

We enjoyed our stay. It is in a nice complex. A couple of things to point out. The lock on the door didn't just need a number code as we were told. You had to press on something else before the number code. When locking the door upon leaving, we had to lift up on the handle hard so it would lock. The bathroom ceiling is in bad shape and needs to be scraped and repainted. The living area wasn't as bad, but it needs some work as well. Other than that we felt comfortable.
