Perfect for a romantic getaway, a business trip or a safe & quiet escape, you’ll stay in a private, clean, updated single-level studio with it’s own entrance. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street you’ll be just 5 minutes to historic downtown Taylor, 20 minutes to Georgetown and 40 minutes to all that Austin has to offer.
The spacious 600’ sq. studio with a fun travel theme, has a queen bed, a new 43” Roku TV, a dedicated workspace, cozy fireplace, mini kitchen & parking right outside your door.

Everything was good until a very loud bully who rented the house wanted us to move our car out of the driveway so that he could "fit". I believe the host should have addressed the problem as she was on the property but she did not.

A nice studio in Taylor neighborhoods. Short drive to Georgetown, Round Rock, or rural towns such as Granger. Quiet, laid back, very nice.

Great Rental

I was in the area for the weekend with tickets to see Hamilton. Booked this little studio for a bit more privacy than a hotel in the heart of the city. The studio itself was very nice and comfortable. The bed and linens were great. The shower? FANTASTIC! The only thing keeping me from giving a full 5-star review is the noise level. The studio is attached to the owner's home. Each morning before 7am, the front door of the main home (which adjoins the wall where the head of the bed in the studio is positioned) began opening and closing and slamming. Saturday morning there were noises which sounded like hammering at 6:15am. Sunday morning the owner's husband was standing on the front porch outside the door of the studio talking INTO the main home quite loudly - also around 6:30am. The driveway is just outside the window where a very loud work truck is parked and an engine revved every morning before 7am. Understand the need to work, but possibly park the work vehicle on the street and the personal in the drive. Aside from not being able to "sleep-in" on a weekend getaway, the rental was great!
