The pictures online looked beautiful online but not in person. The two handles on the cupboards were broken . The window coverings were hanging off in the main living area . The window covering wouldn’t even cover the main bedroom window . There was dirty use tissues under the bed. The carpets weren’t swept and a hole in the floor in the main area.
I refused to stay in the room . I went to the front desk and explained the issues and he said he couldn’t do anything until a manager came in on the morning shift .l left the resort and paid $190 to stay in a hotel.
I spend hours on the phone talking to people trying to solve the problem . I finally got a room around 12 noon on the 25th
I really thought some would call be back and at lease compensate me for the hotel room. Customer service was terrible and very disappointing.
I really believe there should be inspection's done quarterly to make sure when clients walk into a unit there not disappointed
I don’t expect to hear back but I hope someone will contact me.
