The Sunroom Suite is our first floor unit with a full kitchen. Enjoy a wonderful view of the farm from the living/dining area. Warm & relaxing paneled bedroom has queen sized bed, 43" Smart TV with cable and attached full bath with walk-in shower. Kitchen w/island seating perfect for gathering has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, even a washer & dryer. All of this is tucked away on a 125 acre property with only 4 units. You can also take advantage of common areas including an indoor heated pool, living room with fireplace, plenty of space for walking and hiking and checking out the animals. 5 minutes to grocery store, dining and only 20 minutes to the Ocean and other popular attractions. A quick drive brings you to many popular activities -Stores & restaurants 5- 10 mins, RT 95-15 mins, Beaches-25 mins, Portland & Portsmouth-45 mins, Kittery Outlets -30 mins. Make this your home base for your vacation as you will have everything you need for comfort and relaxation. Other rooms available for groups of guests wanting to vacation together. At this time no meals are offered at the Inn.

We had a fantastic stay at The Abbott Brook Inn. The Sunroom Suite, as per its name, was filled with sunlight and extremely comfortable in every way. Great kitchen, bedroom and living room. Washer and dryer is there as well if you need it. The sheep, goat and chickens were delightful neighbors and the indoor swimming pool was an extra bonus and available all day and night. It's great to be able to go for a swim in January in Maine! Norma was friendly and gracious and we're hoping to experience the farm again in summertime.

This was a clean and beautiful property! Norma was a pleasure to meet and made our stay comfortable and welcoming. She was very helpful in finding local food and attractions. This was our first vacation with the puppy and we found the Inn to be very pet-friendly and welcoming. It was beautiful and picturesque for a late fall/early winter stay. Next time I will consider using the heated pool and fireplace/bonfire during the chilly nights. We are already considering another visit in the future - maybe during another time of year.

If you're looking for a peaceful and beautiful farm stay with a wonderful room and gracious host, this is the place for you! We rented unit #1 which which had a full kitchen and an additional sunroom with views of the fields, sheep, goats, and gardens. We cooked our meals in the well equipped kitchen and used the BBQ. It was fun to pet the animals and walk the farm. The stars at night were plentiful. Thank you Norma! We'll be back.

Great environment!

Super nice hosts, great country life, fun animals, a wonderful escape from the city. I recommend for anyone that wants to slow down a bit and reconnect with themselves or loved ones
