*The Space*
The space has many unique features including polished floorboards, a natural gas fireplace, and an open-plan entertainer’s kitchen. The warm earthy tones of the modern Santa Fe décor create a welcoming atmosphere for both relaxing and entertaining.

A large patio area with comfortable seating provides the perfect spot for your morning coffee or happy hour drinks.

*The Kitchen*
The open plan kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences: quality cookware, an induction stovetop, electric oven, microwave, large capacity blender and coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, toaster oven, rice maker and quality cookware, cutlery and dishes.

The pantry and fridge are stocked with a variety of condiments and essentials, but there is plenty of space to store your own items. Please help yourself to anything in the fridge or cupboards. Start your day with some coffee and tea on the house!

The bar seating at the kitchen island and adjoining balcony / BBQ area are designed with socializing in mind!

*Dining*
A large oak dining table seats up to 8 and has an adjoining balcony where the natural gas BBQ is conveniently located.

Also on-site, under the bar are a selection of board games, poker chips and playing cards for guests to use for their game nights while on the road!

*Living Room*
The open plan living area centres around the natural gas fireplace and the 58inch Hisense-Roku smart TV. Shaw cable is also provided for those who prefer to watch cable tv, news and sports instead of streaming services.

There is also a small selection of magazines in the living room for those who occasionally like to go old school and read printed things!

And of course, the fastest available wi-fi is provided for guest use for whatever your watching, reading or gaming habits may be.

*Bedrooms*
Comfortable beds, quality bed linens, comforters and blankets are provided.

Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom with ensuite and balcony. King bed with high quality pillow top mattress, 50 inch smart TV, East-facing balcony with 2 seater café-style table.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with high quality pillow top mattress.
Bedroom 3: Triple-bunk bed. Double bed bottom, single bed top. Most suitable for kids.

*Bathrooms*
Quality toiletries available – shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturizer in case you prefer to pack light.

Bathroom 1: 3 piece bathroom with shower.
Bathroom 2: En suite – 4 piece bathroom with deep extra-large tub and separate shower. Hairdryer provided.
Bathroom 3: Half-bathroom (powder room), located off main living room.

*The Bonus Room - Dedicated Workspace*
There is an additional den / workspace / overflow sleeping area in the basement with sofa-bed, desk, comfortable mesh-back office chair and 43 inch smart TV. Adjacent to the gym area, this private room is the perfect escape to chill out and watch a movie in, or get away from the kids and get some work done in peace and quiet!

*The Private Gym, Sauna & Games Room*
Located in the garage, this space is ideal for anyone wanting to stay in shape while on vacation, or more specifically for those in town for any event such as the Ironman or hockey tournament with Penticton minor hockey or OHA.
For those less athletic types, our sauna is also the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day.

The garage has been designed for fun. There is a foosball and ping-pong table in the garage for those who like to play. Let the kids play downstairs while the adults relax upstairs. Or vice versa with a game of beer-pong! BYOB though!

The man-cave/gym/sauna area is quite sound secure too, since it is on the bottom floor away from the bedrooms and neighbors. A perfect place to unwind or get active!

The Sauna:
3 Person infrared Radiant sauna.
Equipped with 7 infrared heaters, this Radiant sauna is the perfect way to finish up a work out, or relax before bed. Reaching up 141 degrees Fahrenheit, this infrared sauna will not disappoint!
The sauna has color therapy lights that play continual patterns of mood lighting as you chill. There is also an oxygen ionizer inside to make sure the air you breathe is as clean as possible while you are relaxing and recharging at Shore to Chill.

Extra towels provided for all guests.

Gym Equipment Includes:
A NordicTrack E-11.7 elliptical training machine, an AFG 7.3AR recumbent exercise bike, a wall-mounted TRX, an adjustable Bowflex weight bench, a 40lb adjustable kettle bell, 2 - 52lb adjustable dumbbells, a pilates ball, yoga mat, balance board, push up bars, a push up core stabilizer & aerobic steps.

AND for those aspiring hockey players, in the gym there is also a roll-down shooting tarp for you to sharpen your skills on. Included with this is a shooting pad and rebound passer to help work on your hands too. A couple old twigs and a bag of 24 pucks is also provided for use... And yes, I will count!

*For better results and accuracy - use your own sticks for proper muscle memory too!

*Outdoors*
Large, sunny balcony off the kitchen/dining area with a Coleman natural gas BBQ.

The large, private ground floor patio area has outdoor seating for 4 and an outdoor coffee table – this area has a side gate / perimeter fence to keep kids and/or pets enclosed safely. A perfect spot for your morning coffee or sundowner cocktails.

*Parking*
3 parking spots are provided:

Parking 1: Indoor 1 bay garage parking
Parking 2: 1 paved parking spot in driveway in front of garage door
Parking 3: 1 parking spot located next to driveway, in front of entry gate

*Guest Access*
Self check-in through a lock box. Full access to all areas of the house, except for one small locked cupboard.

The whole place is for guest use. There is only one small locked cupboard upstairs and a locked set of tool lockers in the garage.

Shore to Chill has been designed for fun! So please enjoy your time here. Whether it be spent mostly at the beach, or the rink, Shore to Chill is the place to stay while visiting Penticton!

Also, please note that there are no chores for any guests to do before checking out.
