Come relax at this beautiful and peaceful lakefront Oasis nestled between the gateway of the beautiful Annapolis Valley and the picturesque beaches of the south shore enjoy this beautiful lakeside retreat. The cottage is located on Zwicker Lake and offers stunning views from inside or any of the three outdoor decks.
The space
Inside the cottage you will find two bedrooms, a fully-renovated bathroom, wood burning stove, and a fully stocked kitchen including a coffee machine and kettle.

On the top deck you will find the bbq and dining and seating areas.

The large middle deck has comfy seating and a propane fire table. This is the perfect place to enjoy the views of the lake during the day or the stargaze at night.

The lower deck has additional seating, a wood fire pit and a walk out dock for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding.
On the lower deck you can also use the outdoor cooler to ice your beverages or grab life jackets from the storage bin.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cottage and outdoor amenities.

The Bunkie and sheds are not permitted to enter.

We do not allow parties/events or loud music

*There will be an extra fee for any extra guests which will be determined at booking.

Check in time is 3pm
Check out time is 11am ( there will be a fee for late check outs)

SMOKING POLICY:
Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING in the cottage.
If you do smoke outside, please dispose of all
Butts in the ashtray. Do not throw them on the ground or in the fire pit.

We ask our guests to please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level throughout the day, and no excessive noise after 10pm.

This property is on a septic tank, therefore only human waste and toilet paper can be flushed. All other products or materials must be disposed of in the provided garbage.

The water comes from the lake and goes through a filtration system. We provide a culligan water machine for drinking water.

Guests will be provided smart lock access for their stay, making check-in a smooth and easy process. There is one doorbell camera facing outside for your security purposes.
