Amazing location and truly the photos don’t do the property justice. Family friendly, comfy bed, and a large functional kitchen. We also loved eating on the patio and listening to the live music at the restaurant next door.

This is a great spot for a solo traveler or couple looking to explore Albuquerque! Being right in Old Town made it easy to enjoy the shops and restaurants there, while also having easy access by the free city buses to other parts of the area. And Marie was a very communicative and accommodating host.

Marie was a very gracious host. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to be very close to historic downtown. It has excellent private parking and is very private. Beautiful family history. I was not accustomed to the type of air conditioner but Marie was accommodating to our multiple requests for assistance.

A perfect spot for a couple’s retreat to get away and unwind and relax!!! Wonderful location, close to walk to anything you need, and central enough for a quick car ride to take in ALL of the ABQ attractions and sights!!! The parking spot, literally 4 steps from the front door is a hidden gem, as Old Town is busy all the time, and having your secured private spot is priceless to come and go anytime. Beautiful authentic home to stay in and enjoy, a bit warm at times in master suite, but the AC keeping up in the desert probably not a unique challenge in July!!! - we used a fan to blow in air from the Living room and it was all ok. No lack of authentic places to eat in Old Town and they were all great -Best Breakfast - Church Street CafeBest Margarita - OutpostBest Dinner - High NoonA great visit, now just need to go back sometime in October to see the balloons!!!!

We have stayed in dozens of rentals over the years and fairly often we get to the place and wonder why the picture look so good but the rental does not. This was the opposite. It is spacious, well appointed, and extremely well located. The pans, unlike most places, are high quality and perfect and the knives were also high quality and sharp. We highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Old Town.

Perfect location in the heart of old town, Easiest walk you could imagine to shoppes, restaurants, coffeehouses. Great patio to sit and enjoy the morning and evenings. Place was a great size, clean, had every thing we could have wanted. Definitely recommend.

A hidden Gem.

It is amazing to me how central this location is to everything, yet extremely private. Truly hidden in a square block, and surrounded by local shops and incredible food. The place was larger than I expected and decorated with exceptional taste. I really felt like we had an authentic experience, and look forward to returning in the future.

Great location and property

The property was clean and nicely decorated. While we did not use kitchen and utensils much, it looks great quality and stocked. Location was excellent and walking to neighborhood shops and cafes. Safe area too. We walked back to room at midnight and 2 am and felt safe. We were there for a multi day event at the hotel Albuquerque Would greatly recommend this for family of 4, for a long weekend or a quiet stay in old town. The owner was great to communicate with, very timely responses and whole process was easy and good.

Relaxing ABQ stay

Lovely 1bedroom with outdoor patio and pull out couch. 2 bathrooms with master bathroom being huge. Responsive owner. Electronic lock issue one day. The owner was at the door in 15 minutes. Very well decorated. Useful kitchen amenities. In the old town section. Walking distance to most. Would stay again if the need arose.

Great location to spend a few days in the old town area. Place has parking and is set back from the road behind a business, making it very quiet. It is adjacent to the Church Street Cafe and very close to several restaurants including the Saw Mill Food Court which is about a 10 minute walk. We did not have a car and the nearest walkable (but not necessarily close) market was a not-very-good Lowes. Fresh salad and some select groceries at the in town Tiny Grocer ABQ. The casita has several steps within, so not very handicap friendly in my opinion. Well equipped kitchen and supplies. Very satisfied with my stay here, particularly how quiet and well located the place was, the Albuquerque Museum is within walking distance and the BioPark a short uber ride.
