Start your vacation at Rehoboth Beach in this captivating home mere minutes from Rehoboth Beach and public tennis courts - all you have to do is bring your beach chair and walk a block and a half to the beach! The north end of the famed Rehoboth Beach boardwalk is located just a few blocks away and will provide hours of fun distractions for all including amusement rides, shops, restaurants, and snack bars, and during the summer, you might catch some live entertainment at the Rehoboth Beach bandstand. Park the car and take the Jolly Trolley for a nominal fee that runs from Rehoboth to Dewey during the summer season. You can also take advantage of the Beach Bus that runs along Route 1 for more fun summer outings.

The home offers a beautiful shaded backyard with a screened patio with comfortable seating. There is also a dappled backyard that will be perfect for alfresco dining and hosting summertime cookouts using the provided gas grill. Inside, the welcoming living area invites you to spread out comfortably and enjoy a tranquil evening at home streaming your favorite series and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable. The updated well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up some coastal fare and a couple of skylights to provide plenty of natural light. A first-floor bedroom and full bath provide one-floor living accommodations. Upstairs, you’ll find three more comfy bedrooms providing restful evenings and another full bath. There is also a futon for extra sleeping accommodations in the loft area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
