This Pines cottage with a large shaded front yard has a reverse floor plan with 2 bedrooms on the first floor (1 Queen with a Twin Trundle Bed and another with 2 twin beds) and a bath with shower plus laundry area. On the second floor there is the living area, kitchen, full bath, 3rd bedroom (with a double bed) and screened porch. The cottage sleeps a total of 8. Two outside showers and plenty of parking for 4 cars plus 1 Rehoboth Beach parking permit available for use during your stay.
