The kitchen was somewhat equipped; however, the host did mention that if we needed anything, we could let her know. Since we live 12 hours away and drove, we brought our own cookware. The laundry area had large, updated equipment, which was very convenient. The house itself is older, but it was extremely clean and felt very warm and homey. We will definitely be back next year for Thanksgiving.

Five star host!!!

Our family needed a stay for graduation and found it in this wonderful property. The property is very cleaned, comfortable and welcoming. It is located close to freeway access but in a quiet neighborhood. We wished we had more time to explore the recommended restaurants and shops, the river walk and other local experiences. Best of all, Britney was a fabulous communicator. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely home

We were in town for work and we always rent a house rather then a hotel it’s just so much nicer to have access to a nice place with a kitchen and laundry This home was really nice and everything was very clean I would definitely recommend staying here super comfortable and great location

Christmas

My sister, I and our children were able to share this home. We were in town for a family Christmas party and a baby blessing. The house was in a great location easy access to all we needed to get to. We found everything we needed. Suggestions NOT complaint have some games that could be played and maybe a few extra blankets for those of us who are always cold. Overall I would say well worth the money.

Worth the drive

This property is very clean. Very well taken care of. We were there to visit our daughter. So we really only slept and showered there. No cooking. I can’t comment on the use of the kitchen. The mattresses are a little hard, per the entire family. But otherwise very nice place to stay.

Nice place and great location!

We stayed at this rental for a long weekend so we could visit Craters of the Moon National Monument and Bear World. It's close to the river walk in Idaho Falls (just a couple of minutes walk) and near several good restaurants. It was an hour and 20 minutes from the monument, 20 minutes from Bear World, and about an hour and 40 minutes from the entrance to Yellowstone. The house was comfortable and exceptionally clean (not a compliment I give out lightly). The kitchen contained the basics for cooking, and included a crock pot (which we used), a griddle, and a surpisingly stocked spice rack. There was plenty of space for the eight of us. Beds were so-so - a little sweaty because of the plastic mattress covers, but doable. There was also a large laundry room with machines, though we didn't use them. A very well established backyard with lots of shade was also a plus, though you'll need to bring your own chairs. The house was built a while ago (it reminded me of my grandma's house as a kid), but completely updated and beautiful on the inside, including what I can only guess is new and very soft carpet. This place works really well as a base camp for nearby outdoor activities. We would stay again.

Great location

We loved the location as we used the river walk, the temple, and restaurants downtown. Very nice renovation. Beds comfortable. Nice fenced-in back yard that was used for games. There was quite the disparity with the temperatures up and down stairs. Very cold downstairs when upstairs was perfect; had to turn off AC to warm up downstairs but upstairs got warm.
