Caution: owner double books!

We booked this cabin for the weekend, but when we showed up there was another party staying in the cabin. The owner did not inform us about the double booking or cancelled our stay. I attempted to reach the owner multiple times before getting to the cabin but the never responded. We had to reach out to VRBO for support and support team wasn't even able to connect with the owner. Be cautious when booking because the owner is not responsible and doesn't communicate. If I had the option to give Zero stars, I would.

Nice House

The house was as advertised. Cute little a frame, nicely decorated. There are ants in the property which may have been from past renters. We kept all food in the fridge and they were a lot less.

Was amazing

My husband and I finally went out for a little get away, the cabin was perfect! The owner always responded ASAP whenever needed and was really helpful with all our needs. Definitely hope to come back soon once we’re back in CA!

Tiffany was our host during our stay. She was informative and I liked how she checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. The cabin was nice and cozy. I liked the interior and exterior design. Being able to stream Netflix was a plus. The neighborhood was very peaceful. We enjoyed walking around during the day and at night too. I would recommend this cabin to my friends/family. Thank you for having us!

"Had an absolute amazing time with my girlfriend staying here! The peaceful home and tranquil surroundings define what it means to have a quiet get away. The only hard part about this trip was deciding on whether having a cozy day spent in the home or to explore the many amenities Big Bear has to offer. Spending the weekend here even got my girlfriend and I talking about possibly making Big Bear a future home for us, but time will only tell. Highly recommend staying here and will for sure keep this place in mind when visiting again! 10 out of 5 stars! Also loved the spilled coffee cup decoration haha"

"This place was an amazing stay! The upstairs bedroom and a nice view of the snowy backyard and it was even nice waking up to. During our stay we went snowboarding so the area was very convenient since it was always less than 20 minutes to get to places we needed to stop at and getting to a resort. Overall very cozy and nice home to stay in!"
