Cet excellent emplacement a toutes les bonnes choses pour rendre vos vacances superbes. SituĂ© Ă  quelques pas du complexe Snow Summit Resort Ă  Big Bear Lake. Parfait pour les sports d'hiver. Également Ă  la fin du printemps et en Ă©tĂ©, profitez de la montagne pour faire de la randonnĂ©e et du vĂ©lo. Sans parler des activitĂ©s du lac. L'unitĂ© supĂ©rieure est meublĂ©e dans un cadre rustique et confortable. Super de passer une semaine ou quelques nuits pour s'Ă©vader. L'unitĂ© dispose de 2 chambres, une chambre avec un lit queen size et l'autre avec deux lits queen size. Le salon a un grand coin salon et une cheminĂ©e Ă  bois. La cuisine et la salle Ă  manger se trouvent juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du salon.

Great location and beautiful cabin

We had the best time, the location is really convenient for Snow Summit, and the host was really nice and responsive. We will definitely choose this cabin for our next Big Bear trip.

Snow Summit cabin

Charming

This was the most charming and incredible house. It was clean, and cozy. It was the absolute perfect distance to the ski slopes, as well as a quick walk to 7-Eleven for a late night snacks. We will definitely be using this every year.

Very Happy

We stayed in the upper unit a few days before Christmas. The place was just like the photos and everything was new and clean. It was a super nice touch with the outdoor Christmas lights and the decorated Christmas tree. Waking up on Christmas Eve with fresh snow outside really got us into the Holiday spirit. Being so close to Snow Summit and allowing us to walk to the resort made our day on the mountain very convenient too

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

I was hesitant to write a review because I didn't want to share this perfect little gem with others! haha! Then that means, I can't come back whenever I want. =) But, credit is due! This was my first time renting from Steve and I'm so happy that we did. The place was easy to find, the communication from the owners were awesome, and the place was just as it was described. A few things that I loved about the place: Super close to everything you need. 5 minute drive to the village and to snow tubing for the kids. Easy to find and lighting was great especially arriving late a night. The place was very clean! The sheets, towels, furniture, and carpet were all very clean and well kept. Bed were pretty comfy and had enough sheets and towels for the whole family (6 people). Also, the kitchen and house was basically fully stocked with all of the essentials you need for a great weekend. They had paper towels, toilet paper, cooking oil, trash bags, dish soap, etc. Check the supplies before heading out to the market. The ONLY negative for me were the spiders. Yes, we're in the mountains but when i'm traveling with 3 small children, I can't help but be a little worried for the kids. There were tons of spiders in the tub and a few that made it's way on us in the living room. These were huge black/brown spiders. I'm not sure if the owners spay monthly, but it may help. FYI: There are no humidifiers in the unit. We asked before coming up and brought our own. No problem. but for those that are planning to visit, definitely bring one if you have. It helps with the dry air. Overall, it was a great stay and we really enjoyed the place. This is a place I'd definitely rent again in the future! I can't wait to visit big bear again soon!!! - Thank you Steve!!!

Great location for snow summit

We had a little issue with heater first day but owner was very quick to fix and we were happy. Everything was set up well and we had a lot of fun for first time in area.

Large Cabin. Perfect Location to Snow Summit.

My girlfriend and cousin had a great 3-night stay in this upper unit cabin on Summit Blvd. We walked to Snow Summit and didn't have to navigate parking which saved time and money. Brining a collapsible wagon to pull boots and or skis, then storing it in a locker at the summit lodge isn't a bad idea. The walk can be a bit long with the skis and boots getting heavy if you're carrying both. The cabin felt bigger than even the photos suggested. Large front deck and decent back deck to rest your wet skis at the end of the day. Plenty of room in the living room and kitchen. Very nice, fun cabin decor. One of the two bedrooms was a bit small, but still had a queen size bed, which was excellent. Wish the living room TV was a bit bigger and newer, but we watched a little football and mostly played board games at night. Wifi worked really well with no hiccups. Had a blast and would certainly rent again in the future. Steve was a generous and fantastic communicator.

Does it’s job

It’s a nice place, close to the mountain, and has everything you need. Only complaints are that they only supplied one roll of toilet paper and the water didn’t get warm enough for a nice shower. There were people staying in the down stairs rental and you can hear everything, if noise bothers you. Otherwise it was perfect place for our needs.

Cozy Upstairs Cabin

This was a great place to stay. The living room, dining and kitchen have an open layout that makes the place feel bigger. Our kids sleep well in one bedroom in their own beds. The 2nd bedroom had a tv and was big enough for my wife and Me. The kitchen had a Kurig for coffee and everything else we needed for our stay. The location is great for getting to Snow Summit. We weren’t planning on skiing there but being so close it helped make the decision for us. There’s a shuttle stop right in front of the drive way. There was also a nice private yard in the back where my kids enjoyed playing in the fresh snow. We hope to visit again.

Great location and space

Clean, great location right down the street from the Snow Summit bike park. Only thing I would say is that there is no AC. We used a fan and opened the windows and at night it was fine but quite toasty during the day. Overall, great spot for the price.

Cute cabin

Home was nice and cozy, beds comfortable. Only downside was we couldn't figure out how to turn the AC on in the home as it was warm during the day and a little warm at night. Close to snow summit where we were racing our mountain bikes all weekend. Was nice to be so close to the bike park so when we had to take cover from the storms, we just had to ride a minute down the street.

Perfect trip

Such a beautiful place, in a perfect location. Literally had all the necessities and then some. My kids came up and enjoyed all the games and the space to play. Amazing location right next to everything. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. I hope to stay here many times a year!

I loved everything about it!

It was my first time in Big Bear, and will definitely book this cabin again for my next trip there. The cabin was clean, spacious, and had all the comforts of home. The location is great too. This is a wonderful place to stay with your family. I loved everything about it!
