Welcome to our private escape right in the heart of Mesa! Located just 15 minutes from the popular Downtown Gilbert shopping and restaurant corridor, this beautifully-updated property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, bachelor/ette celebrations, or just a relaxing getaway. In the backyard, enjoy the luxurious setting complete with a pool, custom backyard mural, putting green, fire pit area, lounge area, and more. The home itself has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and thoughtful design touches throughout.

This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own, and you will experience at an extremely high level during your stay. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. We offer support during business hours for questions, comments, concerns, or general feedback, and 24-hour emergency support :)

We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood. If you're looking for more night time fun, our team of concierge can help make arrangements for an evening on the town!

Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the cities of Phoenix or Scottsdale but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our digital guidebooks!

Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

Weekend wasted
I’m sad to write this review, as I have never had to write a bad review before. First off, we traveled from 4 hours away and the property would not give an early check in, check in is at 4pm, we got the access code at 358pm. We actually booked an extra day for the pool, which ended up being filled with algae and not useable, which was the whole point of the trip, they sent someone to come fix it, they came, did not fix it, and never saw them again, but told the rental company it was resolved. I don’t think they clean their sheets, I think they just re make the bed and call it a day because the sheets were dirty. The sink/dishwasher smell SO awful it put a rotten egg smell through the whole house. I’m currently waiting to see if I will receive some sort of compensation for the pool not being of use because that was the whole point of this trip and we couldn’t even dip a toe in the pool. I also want to state this area has no where for you to park if you have more than two vehicles. You have to park along the street and hope one of the ding dongs who come flying through the neighborhood doesn’t hit your vehicle as they come around the corner. Overall, I would put your money elsewhere and look past this house.

Would not vacation with this rental property again
This property appeared great online - I wish I trusted the reviews more. Check in process and communication was easy. However the place was not clean , was not properly stocked ( had 4 rolls of TP for 16 guests & they wouldn’t provide more) , the air mattress was broke, the one shower doesn’t have hot water, the pool was broken and not properly up kept, 3 chairs in the backyard were broken, we had to clean the bbq before using it prevent a fire, the propane tank for the bbq was empty. This home was unclean (cans and vapes not from our party found under the bed and couches) and poorly unkept. I would not rent with this company again.

So-so
The location of this house was great, but our stay at here was only so-so. First, we contacted them to see if there was the opportunity for an early check-in. They said yes, for $50. We declined and couldn’t unlock the front door until exactly 4:00. It felt very cold and unwelcoming. We contacted the ‘host’ for the thermostat, as it was freezing inside, and they responded quickly. The bed linens were wonderful. The house was clean. The towels and washcloths were spare and thin. The toilet paper was single ply. There was no Kleenex provided. The fourth bedroom was in the converted garage with no windows where we couldn’t get the A/C to turn off. One morning, that bedroom smelled horrible. We rushed to remove personal belongings so they would not end up smelling also. We called the ‘host’ and she said she would try to get someone to come over by the end of the day. No-one came and we weren’t contacted about it for the rest of our stay. We kept getting kicked out of our own Netflix account, but we had an HDMI cable that allowed us to watch our movie. The layout in the living area was awkward, and there wasn’t anywhere to set anything except one small coffee table when we used the couches. The kitchen was non-conducive to interaction amongst guests. There were very few spices, and the salt and pepper were so close to empty we just bought our own. Wine glasses and coffee cups were cracked, there was no large skillet, and the knives were extremely dull.

Dirty and misleading
This place was gross. It was evident that the majority of the bed sheets had not been washed and replaced. Multiple beds had dirt/sand in them. One bed had a dirty left behind sock in it from a previous renter. Many sheets and towels had orange makeup on them that hadn't been cleaned or bleached out. The game room shows a trundle bed in it, what they conveniently forget to mention is that it once was a garage, converted into this room. The downfall is the room isn't insulate or temperature controlled so it gets very cold in the evenings. The biggest issue with the game room is the door that leads to the backyard, it isn't the correct size leaving big gaps all around it for critters and bugs to get in through. We requested to have them come tarp it, or tape plastic to seal the gaps, but that didn't happen. There were multiple full and half open garbage bags on the ground outside this door, drawing critters to it. The master bedroom closet had a left behind empty/open beer can in it. The dishwasher didn't work, so with 14 people it was a pain to use the kitchen amenities without the working dishwasher. The kicker is when we arrived and noticed some of these issues, we reached out to the property management host. The response was the team would be notified and they would get back to us. However the did not get back to us until the next morning, which meant we slept in dirty used beds, and the adult in the game room slept with the gaps in the doorway. By the time the "team" wanted to come solve our problems we had already slept in it and brushed dirt out of beds etc. We felt uncomfortable letting the so called "cleaning team" into the place while we were out playing/vacationing, and only had one more night to get though. When we requested to be partially re-imbursed we got thr run around from the host, who had to ask the admin team, who had to push it to management. Weeks have gone by we have reached out several times with no response from anyone. The owners of this property really need a new management company, it would have made for a much better experience. I have pictures of many of the issues, sent them to the host and management and it is still radio silence. Don't waste your money on this dirty, misleading, place and unhelpful host.

Fun and comfortable
This was a large and comfy house with a fun game room, several tv’s and a great backyard with a pool. All essentials were easily located and our concerns with a tv and the thermostat were addressed quickly and politely. Would definitely recommend this property!
