Enjoy the holodays at the Lakefront Chalet, 4 BR, 3 1/2 bath in Arrowhead Lake.


Lakefront Chalet in the gated, amenity-filled community of Arrowhead Lake. This cozy Chalet is on the large lake with stunning Fall and Winter views and easy access to the Island Pool. Home has 4 bedrooms, 3 and a half baths, family/game room, and much more. Sleeps 12 comfortably with a Futon for overnight guests. Close to all pocono ski slopes!! We have our own Kayak which can be launched from our own backyard. No going anywhere carrying it. A waiver has to be signed.

Foyer entrance has hardwood looking laminate floors, kitchen has an eating bar, living room has sliders to the deck. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with utensils, Range, toaster, coffee maker and food processor.

Main floor has a bedroom, a laundry room with a full bath, half bath, and a large sitting room. Upstairs has additional 3 bedrooms, a master bath, full bath, sitting area and a family room.

The family room has a cathedral ceiling, propane fireplace, and sliders to the upper deck. Lots of windows! Master bed has door to outside upper deck. Extras include front covered porch and fire pit!

Arrowhead Lake is a gated community with security, 3 heated swimming pools, 2 lakes for fishing/swimming. Enjoy the lake with included Kayaks, canoes and paddle boats.

The beauty of the house is that you can enjoy all the weather changes sitting in your living room. Spring begins March 1, Summer begins June 1, Autumn begins September 1, and winter begins December 1.

In all the above weather this house makes you relax and feel like home. Kids enjoys the outdoor as well as the indoors.

If you are staying for 3 nights then you plan in such a way that one day is Kalahari, one day is the outlet Mall and one day is enjoying the Arrowhead Community.

My house is spacious enough for everyone and close enough that you can call your kids on the dinner table for a meal.

Being a gated community, adults and kids and walk freely where ever they wish to go. Enjoy the beach or the lake or run or walk everything is right outside of my beautiful house.

We Provide free WiFi and clean linen in the house. if you have forgotten towels or simple toiletries we have that stock too.

What more can I say, come and stay for a couple of days or week or a month but I can just assure you that you would like to book it again.

- Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community located in Pocono Lake, PA.
- The community is built around 2 lakes: Arrowhead Lake and North Arrowhead Lake.
- Amenities include boating, fishing and swimming, 4 beaches and playgrounds, fitness center, 3 outdoor heated pools, and more! Please note: some amenities are seasonal.
- Also nearby - ATV rides, Paintball, restaurants

The house and location were great. We have full access to the lake ourselves. My kids enjoyed the kayaks. Steve responded to my emails right away. Plenty of games are inside the house and we don't have to go out to look for activities. Highly recommended and would book again in the future

While the house itself was in a good location with lake access and space for all of our needs, we dealt with no air conditioning on the first floor for 5/7 days of the vacation from the onset, which made for a humid and hot stay while cooking, eating and for those sleeping in the downstairs bedroom. The owner made attempts to have it fixed as soon as possible (he was made aware Sunday morning, someone came out to look at it Monday but it was not fixed until later afternoon on Thursday) and it definitely impacted our stay and had a negative effect on our time. Beyond being hot, we also had to deal with back and forth communication all week and having the servicemen in and out of the house throughout the week. When we asked the owner to help compensate us for this inconvenience, he only offer the 250 standard refund and an additional night even though we said many times that we were unable to stay an additional night due to commitments at home. We felt that a one night stay refund would have atleast helped recognize that this was a negative experience and asked him to consider this based on the fact that we were unable to stay the additional night. He would not work with us on that, which felt inflexible and unfair given the situation (with the main compensation being offered being something we were unable to accept). Otherwise it was an okay stay. The property could be better maintained- the refrigerator light also went out and he did not have replacement bulbs, etc.

Our Family Getaway on the Lake

The house was beautiful and in a great location on the lake. The grandchildren loved the lake, spending hours on the dock. I was very pleased that the house was so clean. Steve was great to work with in advance of our stay and I appreciated his cooperation. It made for an enjoyable vacation for my entire family. Will go back again next year!

Our family of 7 had an amazing stay at this property. The house has a great layout with multiple common spaces on both first and second floors so you have plenty of space to be together but can always separate if needed. Second floor deck offers great views of the lake and we used it every day for family dinners. Outside is nice, grassy and flat area that has great drainage so it can be enjoyed even after heavy rains. We had great success fishing off the dock and on the lake. The property comes with two paddle boats and kayaks so all of us were able to enjoy water activities. Finally, the host was very responsive to any inquiries I had, replying to any questions within minutes. Over all it was a great vacation and I am hopeful to be back there next year

Great Lake house

Great Lake house. Fun and peaceful. Beautiful view. Great to have the boats. Did lots of boating, fishing, fire pit, etc. Very clean. Would definitely come again!

Great spot on the lake!

This was our 2nd time staying at Steves house. There were a few issues when we first arrived. Nothing huge but annoying things like beds not being fully made, sheets still in dryer, only one kitchen towel and 1 wash cloth so needed to go out and buy some towels and shower liners but overall the house was clean and its hard to beat having 3 1/2 bathrooms with good water pressure and lots of hot water. The backyard is the gem of this place although it could use a little tender loving care. Still the lake is wonderful. No motor boats so so so peaceful and beautiful. Guys loved fishing off the small dock, along the shore line and out on the paddleboat. Caught lots of fish. Even the kids caught some, plus a snake, a turtle and a frog. Highlight for me was getting the whole family out on the water between the paddleboat, kyacks, and canoe. Spent a day at the pool and a day at the beach. One day we went to an aquarium/reptile center and another day we did a hike at Austin T. Blakeslee Nature Center (highly recommend). It was such a peaceful week. Oh and they had a 4th of July golf cart parade that was fabulous. Kids ended up with a bowl full of candy that people threw from their decorated golf carts!

Great weekend at the Lakehouse

We really enjoyed our time is this amazing house, with the beautiful lake in front of us! The house is big, and well equipped, including many spices in the kitchen, and all cooking stuff needed. There is a pool table and a foosball which kept the kids busy for long hours. And the view from every window is superb!! There were some very minor issues such as not enough cutlery, and the dining table was small and since we were the 10, there was hardly enough room for all of us around the table. Also, note that you are required to pay separately for the community emmenants even if you don't use them, and in our case, 10 persons and 2 cars, it was an extra of $52. Maybe it worth it but actually there was so much to do in the house and outside, that we didn't get the chance to even check it Overall we had a great weekend, the house is fun and highly recommended!

Great Family Vacation Rental

Beautiful lakefront home. We loved sitting by the lakes edge in the mornings, taking out the kayaks, sitting around the fire pit in the evening. The beaches and pools are very nice. Neighborhood is great for morning bike rides. We really enjoyed the upstairs pool table and large TV when it rained. The host was very responsive to answer any questions we had. Great overall vacation.

Great vacation

My family rented this property for a week and we loved it. We fished twice a day right off the dock and loved the outdoor water toys. Everything was like the listing mentioned, clean and easy to communicate with the owner.

Family Getaway

Steve's place is absolutely amazing! Through the entire process Steve was responsive and helpful! The house is clean, spacious and beautiful. There were so many fun things for my family to do. We spent time outside boating, hanging at Arrowhead beaches and roasting marshmallows. It was a prefect weekend and we look forward to staying here again!

Perfect house for family vacation!

Our family of 12 (4 kids) had an awesome time at this home. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Home is right on the lake and easy access to all community amenities.

Family Getaway

My family and I had the best 4 night stay at this house. The house was clean and was plenty big for our size group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We had a great time fishing off the dock and going to the island pool. We also went to 940 Fun and golf (10 min drive from house) with the kids and I would recommend that place if you are looking for a fun activity outside of Arrowhead Lake. We love this house and hope to return next summer!

We are from New Jersey. we are an outdoor family so when we come to our "Home Away from Home" we enjoy a relax peaceful stay and during our time what we cannot do in NJ we do there like swimming, boating, seeing the lake with the view of the sunset and sunrise. long walk and simple silence or doing something and nothing. I like to meet new family and thought of being a host so that other family can enjoy my house the way I do and the way my family and friends enjoy.

I used to rent in the Arrowhead community and when this house came on sale we just took it. In this place what we like was that it's well secured and has everything. we enjoy going to Kalahari or the Outlet mall and be back in our home.

There are many rentals in the community but with my house you would see that its nor a commercial property its my house. so we have put detailed in everything what we like we would like to share. More over the beauty is just watching the lake and seeing my kids take the boat in the water is priceless. Take a photo of it and trust me you would love it for the rest of your life. come and do it once and I challenge you I would get a call directly for booking the next time.
