We enjoyed this home very much, it was very clean, pet friendly and the fenced in yard was great for our girl. Communications with the host were always very prompt and professional, she was great to work with. We felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood and anything you need food or shopping was close by and easy to get to. Would definitely rent this home again without hesitation.

This was an ideal location close to downtown and also good for our family with two littles. The neighborhood is safe and having the kitchen was great. Communication with the host is very fast as well.

Quiet, great location

This is a nice new, spacious house. Located very near to a great walking trail by a creek. Also close to restaurants and shopping and close to historic downtown.

Hendersonville Vacation

We really enjoyed staying in this home! It was our first time traveling with our puppy (10mo Shihpoo) so we took advantage of the fenced-in backyard! The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make meals. The closets were spacious, beds were firm. It was close to Hendersonville and about a 30 minute drive to Asheville and Pisgah NF. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area!

Fabulous vacation rental

This house had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. All furniture was comfortable, especially the beds. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. There were more closets than my own house! The fenced in backyard was perfect for my pups. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to everything. Brianna had awesome communication and was a great hostess! Looking forward to coming back.

Very clean and spacious home, well appointed, kitchen supplied with enough for a vacation stay. More glassware would be a nice addition. Home was fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc. Conveniently located to all attractions in the area. Quiet neighborhood-great for dog walking. A big fenced in yard for pets. A deck, grill added to the many amenities. While we received the entry code before our stay, we weren’t informed of how to lock the door or given information about trash collection. We had to request departure procedures. However, we plan to book the home again. Hopefully the owner can respond to our suggestions to improve people’s stay!

Modern house

Our stay here was great. Close to everything. Pet friendly as we had my service dog Gabby with us and she loved the fenced in backyard and “talking” to the neighbors dogs. Very quiet. Wish there had been a broom or vacuum so we could have swept up before we left. Suggested to Brianna that would be great to have. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfy home!

In town working Helene clean up. After 12 hour days on the job it’s nice to have a clean place to shower, cook and sleep at the end of a long day. Add in a washer and dryer and fenced back yard for the pups and it makes it a perfect vacation rental. Plenty of space for families, if needed. I stay 100 days a year in vacation rentals. A lot of them furnish the living room with an uncomfortable love seat and a tiny tv. This home had a massive tv and very cozy sectional. My only complaint is that the home was booked and I couldn’t stay longer.

Spacious and Clean

Nearly new with coffee and wine to great us. Two out of three bedrooms had window coverings for privacy. No light on back porch. Would have been helpful to have WiFi info and visitor notebook with listing of guidelines for stay.

Fantastic month long stay!

We arrived and discovered the home and yard were exactly as described. We enjoyed the layout of the home as it had a nice open floor plan in the living area. Very clean and organized. The modern look appealed to us and felt more like home. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed for a month long stay. There was so much to do in the area. People in the area were very hospitable and service at restaurants and shops were first class. We visited lots of art and pottery shops. It was a pleasure staying in the area and we recommend this place if you want to be within a mile of activity. Owner was very responsive and all went so smoothly. We would go again in a heart beat.

Lovely Cozy Homeaway

We loved our stay. This place is very clean, cozy and spacious. The host is super responsive and helpful. Beds are comfy with a lot oglf spare pillows. Location is awesome, close to many good resturants. There are some downsides tho that's why I didn't give all 5 stars. The master bathroom door woyld not shut properly. The sound insulation is really bad. There was not enough toilet paper and no washer detergent but the host responded super fast and brought us some so it was not a big deal. Overall this is an awesome place to stay in. We recommend it.

The host was so nice and very accommodating with my dogs! Very clean home and the fenced in backyard was very convenient for my pups that we brought with us. Very close to all the things you need in town. If you’re in the area make sure to visit grandads apples and point lookout vineyards! Would definitely stay again!
