Summary:
Located steps from highland park and Whole Foods this fantastic property is fun with the right amount of flair. 3 bedrooms each with bathroom makes this perfect. This place is perfect for your short or medium term stay in Dallas. You really can’t get a more centrally located area.

The Space:
Walk in on the first floor and there's a two car garage. Up a flight of stairs to the right is a guest bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower. On the left is the Living/Dining and open chefs kitchen with beautiful waterfall island and bar stools.
On the third floor is the Master suite with a king size bed and luxurious bathroom and huge closet as well as another bedroom with an en suite bathroom..

We have a washer and dryer

The Neighborhood:
Located at the edge of highland park and 2 blocks from the Whole Foods, our home is situated in the best location to enjoy all Dallas has to offer. 10 minute drive, gets you everywhere from North Park Mall to all the Museums and American Airlines Area.

I would’ve given this property a 5 star but it’s located a short distance from Love Field airport and the noise of the planes flying over the house starting at 5am is very loud and disruptive.

Comfortable and Well-Located, with Minor Drawbacks

We had a good stay overall. The house was clean, spacious, and very well located. However, I’d like to share a few things for future guests to consider. There are quite a few stairs to reach the bedrooms, so it might not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Also, the property is close to Love Field airport, so you can hear airplanes frequently, especially from the upstairs master bedroom. It didn’t bother me personally as I’m a deep sleeper, but it could be an issue for others. Upon arrival, we had to wait a few minutes to get the access code, and we noticed a small leak under the kitchen sink. Still, the house is lovely and well situated. I would stay here again.

Fantastic! Close to everything!

Fantastic property that is close to everything in Dallas. Nice neighborhood. Excellent communication with the owner. Easy to get to SMU. We would stay again - it was terrific for our family attending graduation at SMU.

Wonderful stay for Family and Friends

We absolutely loved our stay at Driem House. It was a perfect getaway for a Moms and Daughters weekend close to shopping and restaurants. Great area for walking the neighborhood, too. We will definitely book again for another weekend.
