Walking distance to the beach, quaint downtown Carlsbad, and much much more. 10 minute drive from the Carlsbad Airport (CLD). This BRAND new residence highlights a full kitchenette and laundry. The apartment comfortably sleeps six with queen size beds in the dual master bedrooms and a full sized sofa bed in the family room. The home features Streaming TV and WIFI. The apartment also features full laundry facilities.

The kitchenette is stocked with dishes, silverware; there's also a refrigerator/freezer, single burner induction cooktop, pots/pans, microwave, toaster oven / air fryer and coffee maker. Nearly all that you need while on vacation in this beach community.

Located in northern Carlsbad, we are 5 minutes from Legoland, 30 minutes from downtown San Diego, and less than an hour from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, Hollywood, Universal Studios, and many other southern California attractions are well within close driving distance. Our home is very centrally located. Many features are well within walking distance or a short drive. The bus and train terminal is also within walking distance.
