This place is amazing! Lots of king beds, lots of fun activities in the recreation room and a well-stocked kitchen. A great location
near Snowbowl and in a forest, but not too far from Flagstaff. James was very responsive. Everything worked! We would happily stay here again. We were with family, but this would also be a great place for couples.

We had a great time staying at this house! The 5 bedrooms were perfect for 4 families with kids. All the kids had a blast staying in the room with the bunk beds.- Clean & warm throughout the house- Plenty of towels and kitchen equipment- Game room was a hit for adults and kids (we couldn't figure out how to get the basketball game to work though)- We were lucky to get tons of snow so the kids were able to play with snow and sled right behind the house- Super close to the ski resort

Perfect Cabin!

I highly recommend this cabin. It’s beautiful with stunning views! We (3 generations) stayed here and it was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great ski house!

Such a great house located right at base of Snowbowl. Made getting to top of mountain for skiing so easy. House is clean and comfortable with plenty of space for families to enjoy. Will be back!

Had a wonderful time...Cabin was wonderful get away and so beauitful .Owners were able to contact and very understanding if i had to leave while my son was sick.. Will lkve to use again

Beautiful Cabin with spectacular views

Perfect Cabin for our Family get together! Everyone loved the backyard play area and hot tub. Spacious Kitchen with all the amenties including a hot chocolate station. There was also alot of fun games for kids of all ages. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home

The house was amazing, stocked with everything we needed and more. We were welcomed with candy and wine :) All beds were comfortable and kids loved the bunks. The owner was responsive and very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Must Stay!

We had a fantastic time at this vacation home! James was super responsive and made communication a breeze. The thoughtful labeling throughout the house really enhanced our experience. Both the backyard and game room were a big hit with everyone, from the kids to the adults! We'll definitely miss waking up to that stunning floor-to-ceiling view of the snowy trees. We can't wait to return!

Stayed with 3 families and place was fantastic. Right at base of mountain and convenient for skiing. House was clean, spacious and good set-up for multiple families. Kitchen was well-equipped including things like tin foil and ziplock bags. Property manager prompt and helpful with communication. We will rent again!

Wonderful property and owner

My wife and I stayed at Snow Bowl Ranch for a long weekend to enjoy the fall leaves and autumn in the Arizona high country. This was one of the best appointed homes we've stayed in with VRBO. The property is exactly as described and the owner has done a great job of labeling things well so that you never have to guess where to find anything, but they've done it in a way that blends with this home and doesn't make it feel like a rental home. The hot tub and fire pit are great touches and the owner had left us a s'mores kit, wine, and snacks to enjoy during our stay. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed if you like to cook. Neighborhood is very quiet and the sky is very dark, so the number of stars you can see at night is amazing. The owner was very easy to communicate with, even during our stay, and very fast to respond with answers to questions. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home.

James and Leigh are from Phoenix, AZ. The first time we came to Flagstaff, James cried from the feeling of getting away from work and the pressures of the job. We spend 20% of our time up here, but it's 80% of our family memories.

This quiet neighborhood is beautiful and secluded. It is truly the premier location in the whole Flagstaff area. It is the closest property to Snowbowl Ski resort and less than 70 minutes from the Grand Canyon.
