Welcome to our Mid Century Modern Cabin! Located in University Heights within 10 minutes of downtown Flagstaff, Northern Arizona University and approximately 30 minutes to Arizona Snowbowl.

Welcome! After you unlock the front door using the smart lock key pad your getaway will officially begin! As you step foot into the entryway, 3000 square feet of luxurious living awaits you. The home has an open floor plan with a living room, dining room and large kitchen. This stunning cozy cabin offers 5 spacious bedrooms (all on a single floor). An additional upstairs loft has a pull out queen sofa for additional guest space and an area for the kids to play. 4 of the bedrooms are located on one wing of the home with 3 full bathrooms (master is en suite). A 5th bedroom is on the other end of the home and has a separate full bathroom in the hallway. The living room has a wonderful natural gas fireplace to keep you cozy during the winter months. The outdoor deck can be accessed off the living room or from the master bedroom and has a sitting area with a natural gas fire table, outdoor dining table, natural gas BBQ grill, and a brand new 8 person hot tub! Our home offers incredible upgrades, including new flooring, recessed lighting, remodeled bathrooms, and mid century furnishings throughout. This space is wonderful for a large family or multiple families and is in a great private location to unwind and entertain. is Located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood we ask that you not have large parties or play loud music outdoors. Strict quiet hours after 9PM outdoors will be enforced.

No Smoking in the home.
No Pets. We are not allowing any pets at the moment.
The security deposit will be held if you do not comply.

Great house for family vacation
Really clean and modern home with lots of bedrooms on the ground floor. Great for multigenerational stay! Home was as shown in the photos and the host was very communicative and helpful. Would recommend it!

Perfect Property
This was a great retreat for our extended family ages 9-95. It is fantastic that all of the bedrooms are on the first floor (helped with grandma using a walker), there is a half flight up through the garage that was easy to tackle. Communication from the host was great, close to so many things and we enjoyed walking through the neighborhood. You can tell the hosts thought out so many things and enjoy providing hospitality!

Wonderful trip
Very nice and clean. Enough space for multiple families, perfect place to stay with friends. The location is convenient, close to shopping places in town and easy drive to snowbowl. Definitely recommend.

Friends get-together for the Expo
Had an exceptional experience...very comfortable, and went out one night and cooked on the grill the second. The kitchen was excellent for entertaining (we do need a large wooden cutting board for letting the meat rest(-;, and maybe a few large serving bowls), cook ware and appliances did the trick nicely! Had a little car trouble on the exit and Ryan was very kind/flexible on our checkout. He responded very quickly to all questions and we will return happily! Thank you!

Holiday weekend
We rented this property for a Memorial Day weekend trip with 3 families. Could not have been more pleased with house, amenities, and location. Comfortably and easily accommodated all of us. Home was beautiful and well maintained. Location could not have been better, minutes away from downtown restaurants, shops, and other activities. Really could not have asked for more. Would definitely return for our next trip to Flagstaff!

Great stay in spotless, well equipped, and spacious Flagstaff home
The house was spotless and super clean. Very well equipped kitchen was roomy and allowed our party of 10 to cook several meals together. Very spacious and stylish house with room for adults and kids to spread out. Close to Grand Canyon (1.5 hours)! We did get snowed in a day, but the hot tub amidst a snow covered background was relaxing and fun! Would definitely stay again in the future!!!!

Perfect for family getaway!
This house was perfect for our annual family getaway! It was updated, has enough bathrooms, never ran out of hot water for showers and was a perfect location. We appreciated the host being very accommodating and welcoming. The ice maker for a large group was an added touch when it came to drinks.

Perfect stay!
My husband were looking to get out of Phoenix with both of our families - in total there were 9 adults and three kids. This house was perfect! It was clean and had plenty of room for all of us to be more than comfortable. The open layout was perfect and the back patio is huge with plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the weather. Will definitely be back again!

Arizona vacation
We wanted to stay in Flagstaff to be close to Grand Canyon but still be in a separate town. This place was ideal for that. Wife and I brought our kids and both sets of parents. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and family room. Each person had a comfortable, clean, and well -decorated room. We sat on the back deck many times. The owners provided garage door openers for garage access and this was very helpful. We really liked the house and would definitely stay in it again if we return. I couldn’t find much “wear and tear” in the house- which is rare. We all felt very comfortable and the owners were available by messaging. Overall - a great place.

Perfect for Grand Canyon and other Arizona sites
This property was perfect for us. We had an extended family trip of 12 people that visited the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Sedona, Petrified Forest and other venues. This property was clean, communication was fantastic, the amenities were fantastic and the location enabled us to get away from the heat of the places we visited and enjoy relaxing evenings. A+ in every way.

Perfect Spot for a getaway!
We went up to flagstaff to celebrate my brother's birthday and his new marriage. The place was exceptional! It was so spacious, very clean, had everything you might need, and was in a great location. If you are looking for a relaxing place to go for a getaway I would highly recommend!

Excellent Ski weekend at a gorgeous mountain property
The place was absolutely gorgeous and the amenities went to make our experience great. Super fast communication with the homeowners and we were never wanting anything. We rented two properties during our stay, and this was by far our favorite. When we come to ski again we won't hesitate to come back.
