●At the moment, there is a neighbor remodeling their property, therefore, you may hear some construction noise from 10:00am to 6:00pm except on Sundays. Thank you for your understanding.

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.

● You may be asked to wear a brazalete during your stay, please follow the complex rules as provided by the front desk.
