- Age Requirements: All booking guests must be 25 or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire stay

- Pet Policy: We welcome up to two pets (45 lb limit each). A fee of 100USD applies for the first pet and an additional 50USD for the second. This fee will be added after your booking is confirmed.

- No Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. A 500USD fee will be charged for any violation, detected by specialized sensors.
