***NEWLY RENOVATED*** Cozy and spacious 2 bedroom condo - just 2 blocks from the beach!
If you have been looking for the perfect beach escape, then look no further! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has everything you need to make the beach home for a few days. Comfortably sleeping 6 guests, this condo is perfect for families and friends alike. We are a short 5 minute walk from the beach and steps away from many local restaurants.
Condo Amenities: central air conditioning, 3 TVS, free Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, locked safe, full sized washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove and dishwasher.
Building Amenities: outdoor pool, fitness center, two parking spaces and elevators.
Parking Notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. One assigned parking spot #518 and one unmarked parking space. Parking permits are required in all spaces - including the unmarked spaces. Guests will find the yellow laminated parking permits within the condo. Permits MUST BE RETURNED PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. Failure to do so will result in a $50 replacement fee.
Important to Note: This unit does not allow pets or smoking. The unit also DOES NOT provide linens or towels. Guests are encouraged to bring their own or rent them while in town.
