Bright Midtown Condo with pool/hot tub restaurants, family spots, and the beach!

Updated condo (new floors in 2023) great natural light, outdoor pool and hot tub (Memorial Day - Labor Day) . On-site parking spots with parking passes. All linens and towels provided. High speed WiFi to keep you connected (if you want to be :) and 3 TVs, one with cable one smart TV and one with firestick.

Walk outside to the balcony and which spans the entire unit and soak in some sun. If you look to the west you get a nice view of the bay. Feel free to have a seat on the high chairs outside and enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon drink.

Steps from the pool deck for easy access. Take a walk around the back of the building for a beautiful view of the bay or for some crabbing!

All appliances/dish-ware that you need + cleaning service to keep you safe. Walk to restaurants, including Seacrets, Alley Oops, Johnnys Pizza, Sandy Pony and Bad Monkey as well as the beach! Located right on Coastal Highway, it’s about a 5 minute walk to the sand.

Christmas Getaway

Very pleased with my stay at Adams, it felt like I was on the beach although it was only 17 degrees outside. Great sunlight, responsive host, and all the kitchen supplies I needed to cook Christmas Dinner. VERY cozy and clean we couldnt have asked for more!

Excellent Location & Spotlessly Clean

We would absolutely recommend Adam’s place to anyone looking to visit OC MD. Everything from the shaded parking next to the elevator, to the impressively clean and comfortably equipped apartment, to the easy pool access and quick walk to the beach helped to make our week super fun and stress free. Adam was a terrific host!

Great week in OCMD!

We had an excellent week in OCMD! The condo was clean and comfortable. Adam was super easy to get in touch with. Easy walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants and mini golf. Quick drive to the boardwalk and any other restaurants you might want to go to. My kids loved the pool, it was perfect to go to for an hour or two after the beach. We really enjoyed our time in Ocean City! We’d definitely stay at the condo again!

Centrally located, the Condo is exactly like the pictures. Adam's place is spotless! Communication was excellent! Everything about this place is top notch, 10/10 all the way around. Centrally Located

Place was as described and was clean upon arrival. Plenty of space for 5 people and the amenities were good. The only thing I would suggest would be to update the blinds in the guest room as it allows all the light in from the walkway which is very well lit.

Very nice condo!

Adam's condo was beautiful. It was very clean, neat & spacious. Communication was great. Location was amazing. Walked everywhere and my teens could roam freely. Pool was fun for the kids and we will definitely return.

Adam was very responsive to any questions we had. Nice for families with the surprise of a few beach toys and chairs available. Pool area is larger than it looks in pictures. Unit and property were very clean. We would definitely stay again!

This should be a 5 star stay for Ocean City MD

The unit was very clean and equipped with the amenities to accommodate someone coming from out of town, the entry process was well thought out and handled, there was an issue with the TV in the master bedroom and Adam was very easy to contact and help with the situation, this was a 1st rental for my wife and I and a great representation of Vrbo

My name is Adam, I live in Annapolis with my girlfriend Tara and daughter. This condo is our 2nd home/rental property. We've been hosting for about a year and love bringing people joy when they stay in our space.

Hobbies include, biking, beach, golf, fantasy football and trying new restaurants.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

As soon as I saw this place for sale we fell in love. The bright colors and heightened by the great natural light that comes in every day. The previous owners took great care of it but we've provided some updates as well. Including, new curtains, tv, keyless locks and brand new water heater.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There's a beautiful view of Ocean City from the long balcony, especially at night. If you look to the west you can see the bay as well. We love walking behind the building on the dock and checking out the surrounding bay and properties on the water. There are so many fun restaurants or attractions you can walk to including Seacrets, Alley Oops, Candy Kitchen (my daughter's favorite), Mini Golf, Bad Monkey and Tequila Frog's. Those in town for an event at the Convention Center can walk there easily as well.
