Lynne was very welcoming and accommodated our checkin requests. There was plenty of room as shown in the description. The only issue was that the prior renter damaged the hot tub, which, after several attempts, the host was able to get fixed on our day

Hobe sound for me

This property had everything we needed, hot tub was great and the location is very convenient to shopping and many good restaurants. Our host Lynn was very easy to work with. We would return.

The host was super great and communicative about the check in process. Had a fun project with the living room TVs, and the host was available to message with about the issue. Turned out to be a couple things-1) the switch needs to be on in the living room by the front door, and 2) the roku needs to be in the bottom outlet. No big deal for us though. The home was furnished nicely, plenty of sleep space, great space and location.

Great stay and intro to area while moving

Stayed for a month while relocating to area. If you haven’t heard of Hobe Sound check it out! Lynne was a fantastic host, easy communication and supportive in our needs. Property was great for our family, convenient location to everything (beach, grocery, dining, coffee) even a nice park/playground in the neighborhood an easy walk away.

February fun in Hobe Sound

Lynne was a great host. The house was as described, and even better. The open floor plan and beautifully updated kitchen gave it an overall airy and clean feeling. The master en suite on one side and the two queen bedrooms sharing a bath on the other side gave everyone privacy. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. We hope to return next year and use the hot tub (it was a bit chilly this year!) Thank you Lynne!

The Sandpiper house was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was well maintained & clean. The screened patio at rear of house was a joy to relax in and listen to palm branches in the breeze and enjoy bird noises. The garage had 2 nice bikes for guest use, and a grocery store was located within minutes fromthe house for convenient grocery store runs. The host was kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Hobe Sound is wonderful part of FL and great launching point for day trips to the surrounding cities. Hobe Sound has very few VRBO rentals so would jump on this one if available.
