Just a short 12-minute drive from the local mall, 10 minutes from the beautiful Columbia River, and within easy reach of the region's finest wineries, our guesthouse offers the perfect retreat for solo travelers or couples.

Step inside our thoughtfully designed studio unit, complete with a full kitchen, cozy bedroom, and two comfortable sitting chairs. The space exudes a rustic farmhouse ambiance, boasting brand new butcher block countertops, stylish kitchen appliances, and inviting wood floors. Delight in the charming details such as the wine barrel dining table, porcelain sink, and warm wood accents, creating an atmosphere that feels both nostalgic and welcoming.

Your privacy and comfort are of utmost importance to us. As our valued guest, you'll have exclusive access to the guesthouse, including the well-appointed kitchen, modern bathroom, and cozy bedroom. Additionally, the guesthouse opens up to a fenced yard, perfect for families with children or guests traveling with furry companions who need some space to stretch their legs.

To ensure your stay is as convenient as possible, we provide complimentary tea, coffee, and a selection of baking and cooking essentials. You'll find everything you need, from a coffee maker and microwave to a stove, refrigerator, and toaster.

We warmly welcome guests traveling with pets; however, we kindly request a pet fee of $10 per pet per day to cover the thorough cleaning required to maintain a pristine environment for our future guests.

I often travel alone, and a friend had suggested this place to me. Will be back. It’s exactly what I was hoping it would be. Appreciated the Keurig and it has a wonderful spot to sit in the morning in the kitchen.There’s not a lot of on street parking - at least the weekend I was there, would be nice if you could park in the carport.

Clean, Quiet, Convenient, and Comfortable

I traveled to the Tri-Cities to play in a tennis tournament. The casita was clean, convenient, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the rental price was significantly less than that of a hotel stay. I also enjoyed being able to take advantage of a nicely appointed kitchen to fix a few meals and have quiet cup of coffee to start the day.

Compact, but comfortable.

The one bedroom unit has a bathroom, a kitchen and a bedroom. There is a full size range and refrigerator. The location is in a quiet neighborhood off of the main streets of Kennewick, WA.
