The Landings at Sugar Creek condos are located in Nags Head NC. Amazing sound views and sunsets from a your private balcony. 500 yards from Jeanettes pier and public beach. The Landings include a community pool and a soundside pier for easy watersport access. Pool opens mid May.

Labor Day beach weekend

Well located condo close to jenettes pier at nags head beach. Fit our group of four comfortably. Would happily stay there again!

Outer Banks Adventure

Introduce family and friend to OBX. Explored in all directions. Unit was as advertised. Clean, convenient and comfortable. Views of Roanoke Sound, sunsets and wildlife. Nice Pool and sheltered parking. Slooow but handy elevators. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Overall great place to stay. Very clean. Beds were too firm for us. One of the elevators was out of service & the other one was questionable. Steps fine if you don’t have joint issues.

Wonderful!

This is a beautiful condo. The pictures online are great, but it looks way better in person. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck and watching the boats and jet skis on the sound. The location is perfect and everything you needed was within a couple of miles. I would definitely recommend staying here and I look forward to coming again.

Will definitely stay here again

The descriptions and pictures are just a snippet of how great a location and rental property this is! Outer Banks is a wonderful place in general so having a place like this is the cherry on top! Our goal is to visit Outer Banks once to twice a year and we plan to hopefully stay here everytime. If your contemplating staying here think no further and just book!

Lovely property with amazing view

We had plenty of room for our beach stay. The views of the Sound were amazing! It was very close to Jennette’s Pier and the beach. Plenty of restaurants and activities close by, too. Would definitely rent again!

Weekend Getaway

My partner and I come to the Outer Banks any chance we get and this was our first time staying on the sound side. This condo offers everything you need, is in a great location, and has incredible views of the sunset and sound! Diane was very responsive to our questions and needs as well. Her place is definitely one we would stay in again, hopefully longer in the future! If you’re looking for a relaxing stay in Nags Head you will not be disappointed!

Exceeded expectations

This was our first VRBO experience, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The condo was very clean, Diane provided a lot of amenities that we otherwise would’ve had to bring ourselves, and the location is perfect. Sunsets on the Sound from the back patio were beautiful, the beach and pier are walkable, and you’re a short drive from grocery stores and great restaurants. Diane was immediately responsive to every question we had leading up to and during our stay. We will be return customers!
