A beautiful, newly renovated, dog-friendly unit at PierView Oceanfront Condos. Swell Life is ready for you to bring your pup, relax, make memories with family and friends, and enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer!

This two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a well-equipped kitchen, filtered drinking water (no bottled water necessary!), in-unit washer and dryer, cable (in the living area and master bedroom; second bedroom has a DVD player), Wi-Fi, and three flat-screen TVs. Enjoy spending time on the spacious 24' x 6' porch with beautiful views of the sound in the distance and a peek at the ocean.

Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, queen bed, and twin bed. Linens (bath towels, washcloths, sheets) are provided.

The property offers easy beach access, outdoor grills, two outdoor pools (closed in the off-season), and a children's play area.

Please note that there are stairs to climb to get to the unit; however, there is a luggage lift in the building.

Bringing multiple vehicles? No problem! Plenty of free parking is available, with premium spots up for grabs on a first-come, first-served basis.

Swell Life is centrally located to many great local attractions, including the beautiful Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. Fine and casual dining, grocery stores, and much more are also close by.

This property is in a great location right on the beach and it iwas so great to be able to walk our dog on the beach. A great central location on the Outer Banks to explore.

Nice condo in a great location

Well-appointed condo, just large enough for my family of five. Nice to just walk downstairs and be on the beach in a few steps. Outdoor showers available to get the sand off of us and the dog. Timely communication from owner--almost immediate responses. Appreciated his including recommendations for dining/activities. Check-in/Check-Out was straightforward.

Outer banks

We had a fabulous time! The beach is mere steps away and there is a laying out area at the top of the middle building. Here you can get the warmth of the rays, listen to the ocean waves and not get any of the sand in or on where you don’t want it.

Very close to the beach, great place to take the puppies for a walk and close to shops and restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay. The managers of the place were very nice and accommodating!

Perfect Location

Loved our stay here in Nags Head. It was the perfect location, and the perfect size for our family, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for our long weekend at the beach. Great people beautiful location

From attentiveness to kindness the property caretakers and property realtor were above and beyond! They really take care of their guests. We had a beautiful stay and got to see tons of dolphins which really made the trip.
