Lovely 1 bedroom Loft at Fundadores Marina!

Experience the romance, excitement, and tropical beauty of Cap Cana at this canalside apartment at Condominio Fundadores! This two-level retreat features a private shaded balcony with a view of the neighboring canal, access to a beautiful community swimming pool surrounded by palms, and a wonderful location within steps of Api Beach and the Cap Cana Marina.
The space
Things to know:

Free WiFi
Kitchenette with a mini-fridge, stovetop, toaster oven
Parking Notes: There is a parking lot in front of the condominium, this one have a fee of $100 pesos per hour or $2 dollars.
Free parking is approximately 150 meters away, there's also staff with golf carts that take you and bring you to the parking lot from 7AM to 7PM. I'll share their contact so you can call them whenever you need pick up.
Other things to note
All guests must be registered in Cap Cana to be able to access the complex. We will ask for a photo of each passport or driver license and we need them at least 12 hours in advance of your reservation. We will only do access for max 2 guests staying at the apartment.

When we arrived there was no hot water. We spent the first part of the stay getting the hot water fixed. While we were in the loft we noticed there were cockroaches. And the lights and fan controls over the range didn’t work. The refrigerator leaked water across the kitchen floor. And the night table lamp upstairs was broken.

Solo, Safe and Secure

I made this international trip solo. I can not express how beautiful the location is! The loft is the cutest, coziest, and most comfortable place. The security in this place was EXCEPTIONAL! The kindness, respect, and humility of everyone, from security, local staff, all the way to other guests, residents, and THE LOCALS! THE LOCALS, the best way to describe how I was treated would be w/one word, "ROYALTY"! I have never felt so safe in any location as I did here, at Los Fundadores. This would be a perfect location for anyone who is traveling solo, as I was, or for those traveling with a family with children. Although there were VERY FEW questions, mostly an oversight on my part, Sebastian, the manager, was very quick to answer the ones I did have. By the time I received my reservation confirmation, I had everything I NEEDED to know, numbers to a taxi, the golf carts, the code for checking in, surrounding excursions, local things to do, and markets in the area. Did I mention the pools, restaurant, beach on sight was amazing, very clean, quiet, secure and VERY EXCLUSIVE. When I return to the Dominican Republic (because I plan on returning), I will definitely look into staying in Los Fundadores again. It was one of the safest, most peaceful, stressful, and hassle-free reservations I have ever made. I can't speak for anyone else, but if you deal with Sebastian w/Los Fundadores, it will be be this easiest reservation you will ever make! I 100% recommend Los Fundadores!
