This two-level retreat features a private shaded balcony with a view of the neighboring canal, access to a beautiful community swimming pool surrounded by palms, and a wonderful location within steps of Api Beach and the Cap Cana Marina.

Things to know:

Free WiFi
Kitchenette with a mini-fridge, stovetop, toaster oven
Parking Notes: There is a parking lot in front of the condominium, this one have a fee of $100 pesos per hour or $2 dollars.
Free parking is approximately 150 meters away, there's also staff with golf carts that take you and bring you to the parking lot from 7AM to 7PM. I'll share their contact so you can call them whenever you need pick up.
Other things to note
All guests must be registered in Cap Cana to be able to access the complex. We will ask for a photo of each passport or driver license and we need them at least 12 hours in advance of your reservation. We will only do access for max 2 guests staying at the apartment.
