In need of an update...like the unit being renovated above

There are many great things about the property at Punta Palmera. However, this unit is in need of a bathroom update. The shower clogged and overflowed and the toilet took 3 flushes each and every visit. During our stay, there was LOUD construction in the unit above between 9-5. This made working from the unit nearly impossible during the day. If this had been disclosed ahead of time, we would have made other arrangements. Overall, it is not ethical to rent a unit while there is construction without notifying the renters. When we notified the owner, she assured us the noise would stop the next day. It did not. Otherwise, the amenities were excellent, the grounds, pool and beach all top notch. Cap Cana is a dream.

Nice condo on the beach

Had a very nice stay in the Cap Cana home. Home well matched the online listing. The pool and ocean access we fantastic. There were very few people at the pool/ocean so it was very relaxing. The kitchen is small but very functional and there were plenty of pots and pans to cook with. We had a car which allowed us to eat at Punta Cana where there are many great options, as there are few options within walking distance. Parking worked out well at the condo.

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was very close to the beach and was very quiet. The only issues we experienced were that the whole house fan was LOUD — it sounded like a helicopter landing in the bathroom ALL day/night long — and the blender pitcher had a crack in it. Still usable — but inconvenient. The plumbing was iffy — but overall this was a lovely accommodation.

Deceiving

We rented for one month,we only stayed 3 weeks.This condo needs to be renovated and also all the furnitures and appliances,probably good for weekenders,Rosa gave us a good service,very responsive.It is unfortunate that the owners can rent this kind of condos.I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Lovely apartment with wonderful view

This is a lovely apartment with a wonderful view overlooking the grounds and beautiful view of the ocean! It is a very short walk to the pool and beach :-) I would recommend that if you are coming from the airport that you stop at a grocery store and pick up a few essentials, such as water, beverages, and snacks. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment is beautiful and has the most amazing view of the beach

Besides the super clean and cozy, Rosa was always ready to answer my questions. I recommend enjoy your coffee at the balcony during the sunrise or sunset, the Punta Palmera condo is ultra well maintained. Five star.

At the moment I am Master Broker of a real estate project of 468 condos next to CocoBongo and purchasing this lovely beach condo was perfect for staying over and renting when Im back in the City. I commute at least twice a week from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana. Cap Cana is a high end wonderful resort to be at!
