The Space
This gorgeous 4,400 square ft estate offers 5 full bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, a game room, and a stunning backyard that includes a swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor bbq, mini golf and more. 2 car garage with EV charger available for use.
A peaceful retreat in the hills of North San Diego County. Close to everything you need, yet quiet and secluded.
Beaches:
25 min to Del Mar and Solana Beach, 27 mins to Moonlight Beach and Oceanside Beach, most San Diego beaches 30-35 min away.

Outdoor area: Unwind outside in the lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun and take in the beauty of the mountains. Take a dip in the swimming pool or jacuzzi after a few games on our ping pong table. Have dinner outside and lounge comfortably using our outdoor heaters.
Extra Amenities:
Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Station with 24 ft J1772 cable available for use in the garage. Tesla owners, please bring your adapter.
The Highest Speed Wi-Fi to help support all guests working remotely or distance learning.

This is a family friendly neighborhood. We want guests to relax and have an incredible time with family and friends. This is not a place to throw a party. We do not allow parties of kind.
Indoor/Outdoor Fireplaces are non operational.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.

Music outside is allowed on low volume from 9am-7pm
POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.
There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-Feb: $195 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
March-May: $150 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $125 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).
Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.
Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.
Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.
You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.
The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight.
Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.
Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.
We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.
We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times.
We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.
Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

There are a few days of the year that we donât allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.
