Description
Tradewinds La Jolla Shores is a spacious two-level 5-bedroom 4.5-bathroom home that was completely renovated in 2023. This spacious ocean view family home is all about indoor and outdoor living and it's just a 4-minute walk from the beach! You’ll find it has just about every amenity needed for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation.

The entry opens up to the main living space and a wall of windows to the patio outside. There are two living rooms, one upstairs and one on the main level, each with comfy sofas and TVs. The large, open kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals, along with a breakfast bar and plenty of seating in adjacent dining room. There are plenty of windows that bring in natural light and, in the evenings, you’ll enjoy the warmth of three fireplaces.

There are several outdoor areas; so while it’s nice for everyone to all be together, it’s also nice to have separate spaces for privacy and relaxation. On the ground level patio is a large outdoor dining table, lounge area with a fire pit and a bubbling hot tub for a warm soak after a day in the cool ocean. The second level terrace has direct ocean and coastal views and is equipped with another lounge, fire pit and sun lounges. Hang out on the beach, play a game of pool or shuffleboard or just take a snooze in the sun. It's all here and waiting for you!

Additional amenities include, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, ready-made beds, one full towel set and a beach towel per guest, and a starter kit of household and bath soaps and paper goods. In-home laundry and detergent are also provided for your convenience.
