The home is in a quiet residential area. No parties of any kind will be tolerated, if suspected or any notification is given by the neighbors the authorities will be called. The driveway is long and can fit a number of cars please park allowing everyone use of the driveway. We take safety and smoking inside the property seriously.

The house was awesome. The rooms were comfortable and pictures are accurate. I’ve seen a few reviews complaining about the kitchen, but we were able to cook just fine. There were a ton of spices available and kitchen utensils which was a big help. There are Chickens! They are fun to watch from the kitchen or patio. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again.

We had a great time at the home. The home was spacious, clean and equipped with all we needed for our stay. The owner was very responsive when needed. The property was well maintained. We definitely recommend this property and would like to stay again.

The property is way nicer and more spacious than I expected! There were games, plenty backyard space, a huge driveway, a huge living room television with all the apps pre-logged in so I didn’t have to spend 30 min logging in to watch anything lol. It was a great find and I will definitely be using it again if I’m in the area!

Huntersville Get Away

The home had a great location for the Carolina Renaissance Festival. Under 15 minutes away. Comfortable home with plenty of space for a group of 6. Nice back yard and plenty of parking.

Pros: Overall, a large and comfortable space for our big family. I appreciated that there were plenty of towels, trash bags and dish soap available. Host was quick to respond to questions. It was close to town and we were able to get everywhere we needed to go very easily. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. My kids appreciated being able to use Netflix during our stay. My husband loved the showerhead in the master bathroom. Cons: The kitchen is small so there wasn't quite enough counter space for us. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty so we bought disposable ones. The dishwasher didn't seem to work very well. There was some dog poo in the backyard so my kids couldn't play out there. Air conditioning didn't cool the smaller bedrooms very well.

Very kind host, house was gross

I stayed here with my family the night before my wedding, and the host was very kind in allowing us to push back the check out time in the morning. But, once we got into the house, we realized it was dirty. The floors were dirty and sticky in some places, counters hadn’t been wiped down, and there was a horrible rotten milk smell coming from the kitchen that you could smell from the entire downstairs. We figured out the smell was coming from the fridge and there was old food in there & it was very unclean. We got in late that night and had to be up at 4:00 the next morning, so it was really disappointing that we couldn’t just come in and relax, but had to take care of the smell in the fridge just so we didn’t have to gag every time we went for a drink. We didn’t contact the owners, because we just wanted to go to bed and didn’t want to have to deal with this the night before my wedding when we wanted a simple and easy place to stay. I would not recommend, unless they have changed whoever they go to for cleaning services.

Additionally, the neighborhood is known for its well-maintained homes and beautiful mature trees. The community also offers nearby amenities, including a swimming pools, parks with playgrounds, and walking trails. It is very peaceful, please keep this in mind when booking as the neighbors will appreciate it.
