Relax and unwind in this newly built (2023) four-bedroom, two-bathroom home designed for comfort and convenience. The spacious master suite features a queen-sized bed, 60 inch Smart TV, and a private bathroom, thoughtfully situated on one side of the home for added privacy. On the opposite side, you'll find two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds—perfect for families or groups.

Enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the house and a brand new Samsung Smart TV in the living room for all your streaming and entertainment needs. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, with ample seating at the bar and around the large dining room table for gathering and conversation.

A washer and dryer are available for your convenience during longer stays. Step through the sliding glass door to a cozy backyard where you might spot quail roaming and take in New Mexico’s beautiful blue skies and stunning starry nights.

Guests have access to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, laundry room, backyard, gazebo, and BBQ grill. There is plenty of room to park your toys directly in front of the residence. The adjacent vacant desert lot next to our backyard is owned by our neighbors. Enjoy the desert wildlife and the scenery, but please respect their privacy and do not trespass onto their property. The garage next door is private property and not accessible to guests. Please do not park your vehicles in any way that would block either garage door.
