Excellent location. The house easily fit the needs of my family. Beds were comfortable. Showers were even better. Plenty of space in each room so we never felt crowded. Quiet, private backyard with clean gas grill and patio table. Neighborhood was perfect for walking and in close proximity to KSU. On my return trips, I would look to book this location prior to looking at any other properties. Communication with host was excellent as they responded quickly to all inquiries prior to check in and immediately after notifying them we were leaving on our final day.

Perfect location for our needs - very close to KSU campus. Our host was excellent at communicating with us throughout our stay in Manhattan. He was exceptionally accommodating when we needed to make last minute changes to our plans and reservation. Highly recommend this host and their home and will definitely stay again during a future visit to the area.

It was perfect. So pretty and comfortable. Little extras such as snacks and water. Body wash and lotion. Even some toys and books for kids. Love the lighted mirror in the hall with built in cabinet. Extra place for someone to do their makeup. We would stay here again.
