Wonderful home, centrally located. Cute, cozy and very clean. Great communication with the owner. Had plenty of space for our family and a pretty backyard with chairs and a fire pit. All of that made for a great weekend stay!

college visit weekend

Great location to walk to downtown restaurant or Aggieville. 12 min walk either way. Home was clean and instructions for everything were clearly noted:) We would stay here again and our son, my wife, my sister and her husband all agree we would like to stay here again. The extra coffee and welcome wine with cheese and crackers was a nice touch! Thank you very much!

Weekend in Manhattan

My group very much enjoyed our stay. The host was very clear with instructions and was very hospitable. The home is a close enough location to where you can walk to Aggieville if you want. The home was very clean and we loved our weekend here!

Girls trip weekend.

Came to Manhattan for a girls trip for the first Flint Hills Hot Air Balloon Festival. Sadly, the festival got rained out and cancelled. But we had a great place to stay. House was clean, comfortable and located exactly where we needed to be. Such a great location!!!

Hang out spot for graduation weekend

One of the best properties we have stayed at. Everything was clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for extended family to gather in between graduations. Really close to campus. Loved all the personal notes to help find things.

Review of our stay

Very nice stay. Clean and had all amenities. Coffee maker was complicated to us so we didnt use it. Kcup or equivalent would have been nice. Also Shampoo, conditioner and soap for rhe shower would have been nice. Would stay here again. Thank you for the wine, cheese and crackers.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Super-clean, cozy home was the perfect place to rest as we came in town to visit our son and his family. It was a much better accommodation than any hotel could have been. Very thankful for this gem in the Little Apple!

Amazing Stay

We will definitely be staying here again if we are ever in Manhattan. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We were very close to everything we needed and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The host was flexible with our slightly early check-in and very responsive. When we arrived we had wine, cheese, and crackers as a gift from the host. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Great weekend stay

This is a wonderful home that is nicely furnished. This was my 4th stay at this home and I will definitely be back. The beds are clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very functional and stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans that we needed. It was a great place to stay while in town to see the game.
