The Beach Pea Cottage is a cozy cottage situated in Grand Pre, NS, a short walk to Evangeline Beach where guests can relax and watch the incredible ebb/ flow of the World's Highest Tides! The cottage features 1 bed and 1 bath. The sofa is a pull out for additional guests. It is a short drive to local wineries, recreation trails and all amenities in the quaint Town of Wolfville, home of Acadia University. Perfect home base near the ocean to take in all the Annapolis Valley has to offer!

This was a charming place, steps from the beach. We arrived late and entered by lockbox. We found a comfortable bed, ample room for clothes, etc. and older but fully functional appliances. The shower/bathroom was a tight fit but everything worked well. TV was hard to figure out for a pair of tech dunderheads. We had no contact with the host while there. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

In the Land of Evangeline

I grew up in Wolfville, N.S & boarded my pony in Grand PrĂ© as a kid. I returned to Wolfville this past November to take care of some family matters & wanted to stay in Grand PrĂ©. When I did a search on Vbro, Sean’s lovely beach cottage was the only option, so I quickly booked it. I’m so glad I did! The cottage was warm & comfortable, & although the dryer wasn’t working, Sean informed me of this fact. Instead I easily hung my clothes to dry in the toasty warm bathroom & everything dried quickly. The ocean isn’t far from the cottage, so I was able to easily walk over & watch the high tide rolling in. It was such a peaceful & serene setting & welcome relief to return to after some of the difficult issues I was dealing with during the day. Sean is a very good communicator & answered my messages quickly. I highly recommend this quaint cottage in the magical Land of Evangeline, Grand PrĂ©.

Evangeline Beach Cottage

A wonderful location that provided us with the opportunity to explore the Annapolis Valley and the local vineyards. We tasted a couple of the local wines in the evening while enjoying the warmth of the wood stove. It was very thoughtful of the Sean to provide the firewood.

Cute and charming cottage with all the amenities. My own fault I actually didn’t read the description correctly and thought it was on the beach. So just be aware there’s no views. Owner was out of the country so took a while for replies. Also we stayed during a hurricane! Though thought of cancelling. I think the owner could’ve checked up on us to make sure we were ok. All in all a lovely small cottage but needs a new mattress on the bed. Very lumpy and sags in the middle. Better communication and a new mattress will make a nice accommodation even better!

Beautiful spot to watch the tide come and go!

Perfect spot to rejuvenate and relax before conference time. The cottage was just perfect for checking out the tidal pools and walking on the beach. And of course the wineries are really just a short drive away!

I was so amazed how the place was so beautiful and peaceful. I had such an amazing weekend stay i didnt want it to end ,thank you for use of your beautiful cottage and would love to stay there again someday....
