Welcome to Villa Alexia, a classic Puerto Vallarta villa that has been lovingly restored to its former glory and updated for the comforts of modern living. With over 7,000 sq ft, this spacious, 9 bedroom estate is perfect for large groups, family reunions, friends traveling together, or small weddings.

Located in the upscale neighborhood of Conchas Chinas, the villa is conveniently located just a few minutes taxi or Uber from the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and nightlife to enjoy. The nearby beaches of Playa Conchas Chinas and Playa Los Muertos are perfect for spending the day enjoying the sun and surf.

Villa Alexia was beautifully designed with classic Mexican architectural details, including vaulted clay tile ceilings, Juliet balconies, intricate wrought iron details, colorful stain glass windows and talavera tile throughout. The indoor - outdoor design allows guests to truly enjoy the perfect climate that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Most of your time will be spent on one of our many spacious terraces either lingering over a leisurely brunch while admiring the incredible ocean and mountain views or sipping margaritas from the infinity pool while watching the sun set over the ocean.

Each of the 9 ocean view bedrooms has a private ensuite bathroom, brand new pillow top mattresses, top of the line linens and individual air conditioning units.

The villa comes fully staffed with daily housekeeping to keep the villa in perfect condition, a fabulous houseman to take care of guests needs and an incredible traditional Mexican cook to go grocery shopping and prepare up to 2 meals per day (the cost of the groceries is extra).

In addition to this, we also provide personalized concierge service with every reservation. Our concierge is an expert on the area and is here to help with planning every aspect of your stay. She can help to assist with meal planning, grocery pre-stocking, airport transportation, tours, activities, spa services or any special requests you may have.

NIGHTLY RATES
As Villa Alexia is a 9 bedroom villa, we use a tiered nightly rate system so that smaller groups who don't need use of all of our bedrooms will pay a discounted rate. Villa Mystique is a private villa so even if a group does not rent all the bedrooms, no other guests would stay there at the same time. Due to limitations in the VRBO pricing system, they may not present an accurate quote so please refer to the chart below for correct pricing.
**Please note that we base our rates on 2 guests per bedroom, so smaller groups will have access to less bedroom. If smaller groups would like use of more bedrooms, the above rates will apply.**
