Casa del Quetzal is a luxury 3-level villa consisting of 5 air-conditioned bedroom suites (each with an ensuite), several common areas, a 35-ft infinity pool, and 11,000 sqft of Mexican architectural inspiration. 10 adults maximum.

Relax, feel the breeze, and take in the natural beauty surrounding Casa del Quetzal from its heated infinity pool or sitting in a comfortable lounge chair while enjoying a margarita and overlooking spectacular jungle, mountain, and expansive ocean views.

Our gourmet chef will provide your group with two scrumptious meals per day Monday through Saturday (Sunday for an additional fee). Additional staff include a housekeeper and houseman/owner representative Monday-Saturday.

Embellished with fine arts and artifacts as well as colonial brick ceilings, the family and dining rooms ease you into the comfort of home with handcrafted furniture, plush seating and a completely outfitted entertainment center.

Casa del Quetzal is the ideal luxury villa rental for those who yearn to be pampered with quality accommodations and service. We have concierge services available.

We allow a maximum of 10 adults to stay at the property. We have two air mattresses available for those not wanting to share beds.

Cancellation policy
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Free cancellation deadlines are in the property's time zone.

Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

House Rules:

Maximum overnight guests: 10 (sleeps up to 10 adults)
Maximum of 10 adults allowed, no exceptions.

No smoking, use of illicit or non-prescription controlled drugs allowed

No more than 4 casual visitors at a time are allowed. More than 4 is considered a special event and an additional fee will be charged. Visitors are not allowed to stay the night.

Quiet hours are from 11pm- 8 am.

There is no staff on Sundays. Chef can be arranged on Sunday for an additional fee.
