Experience the best of Houston without sacrificing comfort and convenience! Live in the heart of downtown Houston in a modern, eclectic townhome! Our 3 story Townhome offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, an abundance of amenities, and features to ensure our guests have an unforgettable stay.

Enjoy the luxury of natural light streaming through every room and private, en-suite bathrooms. Travel around without a car, with Houston Metrorail just around the block.

Enjoy a 2 car garage, white towels and linens, a washer and dryer, a coffee station and soft lux beds. Unwind in style and make yourself at home in this inviting townhome.
On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a queen-size bed. One floor up you will find the living room, a cozy fireplace, and a 55 inch flat-screen TV. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, including a coffee maker, dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Guests can also enjoy a formal dining area, perfect for entertaining.

The bedrooms are all spacious and feature luxuriously soft beds with room-darkening shades, perfect for a good night’s rest. The master bedroom, located on the third floor, has a king-size bed and a 55 inch flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub. There is also a walk-in closet, perfect for storing luggage and clothes.

The bathrooms are all neat and equipped with complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Guests can also enjoy clean white towels and white linens, as well as a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Our Townhome is perfect for short and long-term stays. We have a strict no-smoking policy, and no pets are allowed. We also have security cameras (only outside) installed at the front door/ front porch for added safety.

Experience the best of downtown as we are just 1.4 miles to Toyota Center, GRB Convention Center and Discovery Green among many other attractions. Just minutes away from some of Houston's finest restaurants and bars and just 4 miles to Museum District, Medical Center and 7 miles to NRG Stadium.

I was impressed... Very cute spot, clean, nice and comfortable.. I was a little nervous about the area (because of what a friend told me) but not bad at all.. It was so quiet and no issues... I would for sure stay here again... Thanks Hunter.

Nice weekend spot for guys trip

3 of us were in town for the college football championship and this place worked out great. The place is spacious with separate bathrooms which was very nice. Checkin and check out times were flexible which was much appreciated. The location was convenient to get downtown and East Downtown but is not walkable to anything nearby and I probably wouldn’t walk the neighborhood anyways if it was. It’s on a fairly busy street with train noise nearby. For a guys weekend the place worked well but probably not for a family trip. Did not use most appliances but everything seemed to be in working order.

Not luxurious at all. It could be a really nice unit if there had been any care and thought put into it and done properly, rather than done just enough to make a quick buck. Everything seemed to be literally glue gunned together, if completed at all. Wall paper hung and excess left untrimmed. Peel and stick tiles, mouldings…everything. Like, if I only had six shower curtain rings, I’d distribute them along the full length of the curtain rather than leave half of it to do its own thing. But that’s just me. The whole joint is a Pinterest board of incomplete projects. Fascinating, so I did take photos, but I’m not trying to knock one’s hustle. Location is fine, nothing too far to drive in the way of dining/entertainment. We have family in town so we didn’t really need it. The major downside is the train that blows incessantly at deafening decibels throughout the night, every night. We mistakenly believed the train tracks in the property location map were for the silent Metro. NNNOPE. The upper levels weren’t so bad with the noise. Which brings me to the stairs—don’t bring luggage. Hunter—either the property manager or the owner—was easy to communicate with and seemed nice enough. The place was clean. Didn’t ruin our trip.

So sorry about that. You are correct, we were in the middle of doing some minor renovations and we ran into a few snags before your arrival which meant the many projects were not yet complete. My deepest apologies. We would be happy to offer you a discount on a future stay if you would give us a second chance.
