You are staying in a residential resort in Riviera Maya, in between Playa del Carmen (30 min) and Tulum (20 min), nex to Akumal village. In this resort you will find a green paradise of tranquility and luxury in equal parts. Here you will have your pool, gym, kids area, bbq area, but you will also have the possibility to start a golf tournament in the resort golf court, go to the exclusive beach club & restaurant, ask for room service restaurant…

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the balcony pool is cleaned on Tuesdays and Thursdays

PARKING
There is free street parking available at the premises.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Akumal to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
