Urban-chic Studio Guesthouse in a quiet neighborhood - near Intel and Nike

Our studio guesthouse is located behind our primary residence in a tranquil and posh neighborhood, the Brookwood Estates. Our 500 sqft modern studio with aesthetic interiors comes with a fully functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances and is stocked with essentials to cook a full meal.
The studio is furnished with a comfortable day bed, a trundle bed (twin mattresses on each) and an in-wall stow-away king bed that easily sleep 4 adults. It is equipped with a smart TV (with YouTubeTV subscription - same as cable) and a chromecast, so you can cast any content straight from your mobile devices. It’s also equipped with a high speed Wi-Fi (50Mbps download and upload) that makes casting ultra-HD content on TV, logging in to work VPN, having video conference calls etc seamless. There is a cushy table and chairs which can be used for work as well as dining. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower combo, and a full-size washer/dryer for your laundry needs.
The patio has adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the serene setting amid big trees. You will have your own private outdoor space and we will have our own, your privacy is not disturbed unless you wish to talk to us.

Take an early morning or evening stroll through the neighborhood. Hillsboro 53rd Avenue Community Park and Hidden Creek Community center are located within couple of blocks from the studio. Stroll around Orenco Station, which has several restaurants, micro-breweries, pubs, coffee shops, boutique shops etc. Portland Metro train (MAX) station (Hawthorn Farm Station) is walkable from the house and can take you to PDX, Portland Downtown, Rose Quarter, Pioneer Square etc.

We hope to provide the best, clean, and memorable stay in our guesthouse.

Quiet, pleasant stay

Airy, comfortable room. Nice kitchen set up - we didn’t cook this trip, but it has everything you could want to make a meal. Host was friendly and responsive. Place is tucked away behind their house in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful landscaping around the guest house.

Excellent abode

Modern, private, convenient, and comfortable. We needed a space nearby to visit family and found this casita the perfect fit. If you need to stay in or near Hillsboro it is ideal. We couldn't be happier - a perfect break from road trip and camping. Host was communicative and accommodating.

We were in Hillsboro for my brother’s birthday. This guesthouse was very close to his home. It was easy to find, check in was simple and the space is ample and clean. Short getaway to explore Hillsboro

Totally darling setup with matching decor that fit the cottage size. Perfectly situated for exploring by car or foot. Close enough to the quaint historic town center with cute shops and wide choice of cuisine. Quiet enough to hear owls “talking” to each other late at night. Wonderful high windows with views of tall trees. Super comfy bed and amazing shower. Nice kitchen area. TV and WiFi stable. Fantastic communication and kindness experience with hosts. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant and convenient

I was visiting family members who live in the area, and prefer to have "my own space" to sleep and to prepare a simple breakfast each morning. This property was perfect. Everything I needed, a comfortable bed, a kitchen to keep a few breakfast items, and a bathroom with laundry and shower. I noticed that if I had been inclined to do more cooking, everything I would have needed was available. Fast reliable wifi. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely return if I visit with family again.
