This charming, split level cabin is 3 bedroom 2 bath offers a gorgeous views of hill country. It has hard wood floors throughout an open living space floor plan. The kitchen is well stocked with all appliances, large and small, as well as anything you need to prepare and serve meals during your getaway. There is a small island bar for 2 and a dining table that seats four. The living room has comfortable seating, a smart tv with surround sound, and a Bluetooth stereo.
The master bedroom and ensuite bath are located on the first floor. This beautifully decorated room has a king-size 4 poster bed and private access to the large wrap around deck. Perfect for those who enjoy a quiet cup of coffee to start their day of exploring the ranch. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower, sink, and vanity. The upstairs has a loft area that has a tv and a couch. This area can be used as additional sleeping on a King Koil Luxury California King air mattress with a built-in pump. On either side of the loft is a queen guest bedroom. There is a tv in one of these bedrooms. The 2nd full bathroom is located off of the loft and shared by second floor guest.
Of course, most of your time will be spent outdoors. This cabin is ready to entertain with a large swimming pool measuring 38 ft x 14ft, equipped with basket ball, and volleyball games ready to play! It is designed for volleyball with shallow ends. There is an outdoor dining table for an incredible pool side meal prepared on the gas grill provided.
All of this and there is still more. Your stay at Nonnie's Place provides access to 260 acres of rolling hills with 2 stocked ponds, exotic animals including red stag, antelope, several species of deer, goats, llama, cattle, sheep, and horses. We rent 6 seater mules to explore the land for $220 a 2 night stay and $100 each additional night. There are trails for the mules or explore on foot to see even more! Bring your fishing gear and catch some catfish for dinner. We do ask that you catch and keep one per person and catch and release the rest to protect the population of the ponds.
