It was a wonderful stay in Traverse City! Property was clean, well equipped, and there was great communication. The only reason I gave it four stars overall is the exterior(grounds) could use a bit of TLC. Otherwise a great location and I highly recommend!

This was my second time staying here and I have no complaints. It was clean, quiet, and perfect for a quick weekend trip. If I ever head back up to Traverse City I would definitely consider staying here again.

We were in Traverse City for a softball trip and needed a room to shower and sleep! We didn’t want to spend a ton and this fit our needs perfectly. It is not a high end hotel with swanky accommodations BUT the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, and most importantly everything was CLEAN. I will say if you are larger the bathroom may be pretty tight because we are all pretty small and the toilet/door area were tight. There is also a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee pot and cook top! Perfect for what we needed!

Great spot

A little further outside of downtown than the listing leads but it’s in a great location still. Very clean and the staff we did interact with was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location

I am from TC and I generally stay with family when visiting, but this time we had extra people with us and decided to rent a place. All in all we were happy with the accommodations. Check in and check out were SO easy and the property manager was quick to respond to any messages I sent.

Great location

The property is a quick drive to the beach, peninsula wineries, and downtown breweries and shopping. It’s a little far from downtown for most to walk but if you have a bike you can make short work of it. The room itself is very comfortable. It has plenty of room and all the amenities you need for a stay in the TC area

Accurate online description. Great location for beach, downtown, and area activities. The AC filter needed changing, so it wasn't quite as cool as we hoped. Overall a great experience.

Perfect location for Bayshore Half Marathon

The location is perfect if you plan to run the Bayshore races. It is very minimalist and stark. Think basic hotel room verse apartment. Some rugs, more artwork, and perhaps an armchair and side table (to fill the empty space) would really help the room. Also a hair dryer is not provided.
