There is an easy flow of space from the dining room through the living room and out past the gourmet kitchen. The living room opens directly onto the waterfront deck where summer takes place. Fashioned with table and setting for feasting and a fire pit just steps away for making s’mores and catching shooting stars.

The recently remodeled house is at its indoor-outdoor best where the hallway and back deck doors open up to the bedrooms. You’ll see the ocean and even a distant island, from the back deck, through the hallway, courtyard, and the front porch. The hallway and oversized back deck play barefoot tricks with notions of inside and out sitting where you are open to the sky yet you feel as if you are in a room. Walking down the hallway you're surrounded by glass that lets you feel as if you are strolling down an open porch.

The newly-added back deck is almost as large as the house! With both open and covered areas, BBQ grill, comfortable seating for 6 under a covered pergola and two hammocks with a cantilever umbrella, you can choose sun or shade anytime of the day! Winter visitors will enjoy sunning themselves away from the chilly breeze coming off the beach. It's truly the best of both worlds!
