hermosa casa moderna, centrica, en una zona segura y privada, con todas las comodidades para vacacionar como aire acondcionado, calefaccion, internet, television por cable, NETFLIX, cuenta con 3 amplias recamaras, la recamara principal con bano, amplias camas calking con comododos colchones, y una de las recamaras cuenta con dos camas individuales, cada habitacion cuenta con television, y aire acondicionado por cada espacio, tambien tiene cuarto de television Smart de 55 plgs, con una chimenea electrica para estar calientitos durante el invierno. la cocina esta completamente equipada con microondas y todo lo necesario si desean cocinar. el patio trasero cuenta con zone de lavado con lavadora y secadora tambien tiene un azador que trabaja con carbon o gas para sus azados. la cochera tiene espacio para hasta 3 carros compactos o 2 dos medianos. pero se puede hacer uso del patio exterior con capacidad de 800 metros cuadrados en caso de RV, s o equipos de carreras baja 1000 o NORRA y otros eventos masivos.

Amazing inside and out!

This place was, honestly the best house in Ensenada. I have been to Ensenada several times. This house is very spacious and comfortable inside. Very modern and clean. The backyard is amazing. The pool and yard and gameroom have no comparison! Easy communication with owner. Quiet, safe location. Home is secure. It is a 10 min drive to the main, touristy part of Ensenada, but it is worth it.

We felt watch at all time in the house

It was miss understood owner walk in into the property told us that pool and game room and the patio was not included and he was upset. I told him was nothing in the contract that say was not included. He understood and he left. but after that we felt we were watch at all times.

The guest was only informed that his reservation was made long before the opening of the pool area, of which he did not pay for that service, however he was allowed to enjoy all the facilities ... all the guests who reserved after May 10, 2022 they are entitled to all facilities...

No Pool

This home was advertised as having a pool with pictures and even listed the pool in the amenities. When we asked the owner about the pool, he stated that the pool was only available to guest that booked after May 15 as it wasnt finished until after. (Extremely odd as our date range was July 1-4). This is very misleading as the pictures show a complete and furnished pool. The owner proceeded to say that there would be an additional charge if we wanted to use the pool. Second issue with the home is the cockaroaches. There were huge, flying cockaroaches everywhere in the kitchen. We had to use bug spray just so we can manage to use the area. Will absolutely not be staying here again.

As I indicated to the guest, the house did not have a swimming pool until May 15, 2022 when it was released, the day ,Mr. Rocardo made his reservation was before that date, the house was published without a pool, because it did not exist until that moment, after May 15 the publication of the house already had a pool and obviously new prices per night... I never prohibited access to the pool, I only sugest covered the rate that is for everyone, with the pool included I dont understand your disagreement and negative opinion. exception to the rule

Double dipping profit

I rented this house to spend my birthday weekend with my family and enjoy the pool and game room with the expected privacy you think you would get from renting the property. The pool and game room are included with the rental price you pay. (So you think). The day of my birthday we went out for breakfast and came back with the idea of relaxing in the pool for the rest of the day until dinner time. As I walk to the pool area I realize that there were people in the back yard setting up for an event with party tent, chairs, round tables the whole nine yards. The pool area had a material fencing blocking the access. I messaged the owner to ask what was going on because we still had a day and a half left in our rental agreement. He said that there was a event going on in the back yard and that he left a small opening for us to be able to use the pool. Mind you I was not about to go walk across and event in my batting suit with all my snacks and margaritas just to be stared at by a bunch of strangers. This guy basically ruined my birthday plans and I was very disappointed and upset. The owner did not bother to apologies or offer me a different date to come back, nothing. Aside from this mess we couldn't use the kitchen because there were ants everywhere. Another thing that ruined us sleeping in, was that in the upstairs loft one of the small windows is broken and will not close, so during our stay the place across the small street was doing some kind of construction needless to say we were up nice and early every single day! One last thing the game room was a mess disgusting. It was not cleaned at all. The cushions had crumbs everywhere and the air hockey table is damaged as well as the foosball table. Will not ever go again!

Beautiful home

We loved the property! The pool area is absolutely amazing!! The house was immaculate. My only minor dislike was that I wish the pool was heated. We took our trip when the weather was not too warm. So pool was super cold! If water was heated we could’ve enjoyed pool area more. Aside from that all was GREAT! I have recommended this place to friends and I would totally stay here again!

Great Family Weekend

Everything was good we enjoy a nice weekend; the host was always responding and taking care of us. The pool area is amazing has a huge space and all you need to enjoy with your family.

Great service

The communication was excellent. There were a few little issues with the fridge not cooling properly but I was very impressed as within 20 mins of me letting them know they were there with a whole new fridge. The property was great!

Nice place

The house was very nice, the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The backyard is beautiful, pool was awesome and outdoor bathrooms are so convenient as well. We enjoyed our stay and the location was good, close to the strip. The only thing that was strange to us was that the owner didn’t tell us about house rules until the 2nd night of our stay, he told us the pool was only available from 10:30am-10:30pm which we didn’t know because this wasn’t disclosed in the beginning therefore we obviously stayed in the pool until about midnight. Therefore I think going forward he should disclose these rules ahead of time.

Atención a esto antes de reservar

La casa es perfecta y el área de la piscina más que perfecta muy bonita y limpia realmente reconfortante sin embargo hay detalles por mencionar. Pareciera que no rentamos una "casa con alberca". Rentas la casa y tienes acceso a la piscina pero da la impresión que al dueño no le gusta que estés ahí(en la piscina). El área de la piscina está ubicada en un terreno independiente no es parte de la casa hay que caminar varios metros por un pasillo estrecho para acceder a ella a la cual siempre tuvimos acceso sin embargo fue imposible no sentirme vigilado todo el tiempo en primera por qué está lleno de camaras grabando todo el tiempo y probablemente el dueño las vea en su Mobil o tableta pero está bien yo entiendo es por seguridad pero otro detalle fue que dos muchachos estaban trabajando en el área de la piscina todos los días que estuvimos ahí que la verdad fueron muy respetuosos no te volteaban a ver no tengo nada que reprochar sin embargo uno espera tener privacidad absoluta ya que estoy rentando la propiedad y llevo mujeres que pudieron incomodarse con la presencia de extraños por ahí que entraban y salían a cada rato incluyendo el dueño de la propiedad que en mi opinion aunque sea el dueño no debería entrar y salir como si nada estando rentada la propiedad por una familia de bien. Ese fue otro detalle que me desagradó derrepente entra el dueño y me pide que baje el volumen de mi música por qué había quejas de vecinos a lo cual yo acepto sin problema y está bien una de las reglas es que no debes tener música alta en NINGUN MOMENTO pero... Minutos después un grupo de jóvenes se escuchan ensayando música cristiana en el centro familiar que está justo enfrente de la casa y el volumen de ellos no era moderado entonces para mí el problema no es el volumen alto si no la música "mundana" que para ellos yo escucho. Eso creo yo pero puedo estar equivocado... Y para concluir esa propiedad quedó a deber en cuanto a limpieza el señor Alex es muy atento y servicial pero tal vez necesite ayuda con la limpieza ya que cuando entras se ve aparentemente limpio pero había telarañas por debajo y detrás de algunos muebles tengan cuidado especialmente si llevas menores.. pero mi estancia fue buena y claro que recomiendo esta propiedad..

Cómo en todo lugar hay un reglamento, una de las reglas es tener músicacon volimen moderado, ellos estaban concientes que su música estaba excesiva, solo se les pidió bajarle al volumen, siendo esta.peticion que les molestara... y obvio hay que dar mantenimiento a la.propiedad.... Por lo demás seguiremos mejorando..

Recomiendo 100% la propiedad tiene todas las comodidades muy limpia. Esta muy bien equipada esta en una aria muy tranquila no tuvimos ningún inconveniente, la pasamos muy bien la volveríamos alquilar de nuevo..:

We had a very pleasant stay very relaxing. Close to everything that we had to do while there .

Definitely recommended very roomy very few upgrade needed. May need a little spraying for ants in kitchen and in bathrooms didn’t need to cook while there but would not want to with All the ants in kitchen other than that it’s very family oriented. And good location felt safe staying there.

Excede las expectativas

Disfrutamos de un muy buen tiempo en familia alejados de la rutina nos sentimos como en casa. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí, no buscaríamos ningún otro lugar. Sabíamos que el Sr. Zavala estaba para lo que necesitáramos a la hora que fuera pero no fue necesario, realmente todo estuvo a nuestro alcance. Muchas gracias por todo!

No estoy seguro si es nuestra 3era o 4ta ves que rentamos esta propiedad pero cada vez que la hemos rentado, le han hecho algo para mejorarla. Esta vez no fuel la excepcion, se volaron la varda al agregarle una picina, un cuarto de juegos, asador, mesas, etc. En resumen es la casa perfecta para pasar unas buenas vacasiones. The home was everything that we needed. Absolutely beautiful. I was impressed with everything about this home. It was exactly as described. The owner has paid so much attention to details and it has really paid off. This home will be first on my list when I come back.

Location was perfect closer to my relatives the house is beautiful from inside and out. Felt safe was able to park three car inside it has a gate. Definitely be staying there again
